My boyfriend and I absolutely love Texas Roadhouse because of their delicious food, fair prices, and excellent service. I truly don’t recall a time when I’ve had a bad experience at a single branch. I always get the same thing and recommend it- sirloin steak cooked medium with a house salad w/ ranch and a loaded baked potato! Just typing this all makes me want to go for dinner tonight! Definitely give it a try, and if they happen to mess up something, don’t forget it’s okay to speak up- just be polite about it!

I always brag how CONSISTENT Texas Roadhouse is to all my friends and family, but this visit was far from that! I ordered the steak and grilled chicken, with the bbq sauce on the side and it came to the table completely drenched in sauce. I also ordered my steak Med-Rare, but when I cut into the steak, it was super Rare! The server did not check on me for about 15 mins, that I had to flag someone else down to ask to fix my steak. When I sent it back, they did not return my same steak back. It was a completely different steak, and surprise: it came back overcooked and tough. And not once did a manager come to check on me or ask me how my experience is going, which is uncommon for Texas Roadhouse. I also think because I was a 1-top, is why I deliberately got ignored for the whole night.

First time at this location. It did not disappoint. Our server was attentive and made sure we had our refills even though it was a crazy Saturday night on Labor Day weekend. Food was great!

One of the best service that I had in a restaurant, they were very nice and friendly, the food was very tasty and the portions were more than enough

Always a delight to go here! The best porterhouse steak in the valley! You can cut the meat with a spoon, it's so tender. 👌 the wait staff is amazing! We love going here!

Ordered the prime rib with baked potatoe and house salad for dinner Sharing a 3 item appetizer with my date. A stunning young lady 😍 To our dismay NO tater skins they simply ran out 🤷🏽 well not a big deal double up the chicken parts (not real wings) here come our drinks 🥤🥤 Then 🥗🥗 yumm. Now the rest of the meal goes down hill fast. Fried pickles???🤬🤮 No extra chicken parts! Waitress disappeared until our dinner has been sitting for a while. Finally brought out to us had to tell her we didn't order fried pickles to take them away. Hands us our dinners and scurried away. Now I tried to eat my baked but that thing was triple baked hard and the prime rib was almost half FAT. Meat was dry and over cooked. I ordered medium rare got more of a medium well. Not happy. A manager did stop by and took part of the total off and conveyed she would educate the kitchen on the quality they put out. Otherwise 1 star would have been given towards service.

Came in for the Wild West Wednesday special. And ordered the 8oz sirloin, with Mac n Cheese, and a side salad. The rolls were hot and fresh and the cinnamon butter melted right away in the fresh baked rolls. The Steak was cooked accordingly to medium well & the Mac n Cheese was ok , Kraft style, but could have used a better touch with a different noodle like an egg shell style with real cheese & maybe bits of bacon . The waitress was nice and very customer service friendly. Overall, Texas Roadhouse is a great spot to come mid-week and get a great streak dinner.

We have always enjoyed Texas Roadhouse, the food and the service. However, in the past few weeks we have had 3 unfortunate experiences with their Take out. The first, they were 20 minutes late with our order and forgot to put in any of their wonderful rolls and cinnamon butter. We were disappointed, but made no issue if it. The next visit, we went to pick up at our appointed time. Not only was it not ready, but they had lost our order. So 50 minutes later, we finally left with our order. They claimed they couldn't find our online order, yet our card had been charged. The 3rd was today, it was my wife's birthday and she just wanted their ribs and to watch a movie. She ordered online. I picked it up and went home only to find they had left out our orders of mash potatoes with gravy and the cinnamon butter for our rolls. We live 6 miles away from the restaurant. I called and asked for a manager. Ian got on and I explained what was missing along with previous issues. He apologized and said to come back and they would have the rest of our order and would make up for this and previous inconveniences with something. Ian met me at the Take out counter. His apologetic attitude had completely changed. He told me that we had not ordered mashed potatoes, but he was going to do me a favor and give them to me anyway. I said we had specifically clicked mashed potatoes. He responded saying...."oh, you ordered online? That system is unreliable! In the future, call us directly and you'll get your order correct that way, here's your potatoes!" He refused to accept any responsibility for their system and placed the blame on me. Meridian Texas Roadhouse clearly has some employee training to do and according to one of their managers, the online ordering system is not reliable.
