I absolutely enjoyed my dining experience at this Texas roadhouse. The wait staff were extremely attentive and friendly and nice. Also my prime rib came out tender and juicy. Not to mention the rules are always delicious with the cinnamon butter. They are slightly addicting. Would definitely go back. The place was very busy yet everything was delicious. Came out hot and fresh.
I ordered a salad tonight and left special instructions on the side of chicken, I asked them via phone call as well as left special instructions to not wrap my crispy chicken in foil, They assured me that they would take care of it, Ha!! I picked my order up and of course it was wrapped in foil, I called back from picking it up, and spoke with the manager in charge and informed her of this and how I went the extra mile to follow up with a call as well, She basically excused the special instructions that were left when placing the order and tried me by saying they don’t see the instructions, So why ask if there’s any on the site? And, my response was ok just in case that was the case, That’s why I also called, She then responded, Ma’am, I will reimburse you for the item, But the fact that as a Customer you go through the hoops to make sure they acknowledged the instructions and then be informed by their staff that they will take care of it…. All while trusting them and leaving a tip?! Make it make sense, Will not be ordering from them again. Poor customer service as well as attitudes.
Such a fantastic experience! Firstly I want to say that our server, Hannah, was awesome (she deserves a raise!). There was a wait time so make sure to call ahead. Our food was delicious, I got the chicken with mushrooms and onions, the juiciness mixing well with the chicken. I also got the sweet potato and caesar salad as a side which was of nice portion. My grandmother had the steak and she was pleased at the outcome. This steakhouse beats out any others such as Outback and Long Horn, with their stellar bread and butter and menu options. I recommend!
I was there to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday...I got carded🥴🤔🤨😒 I didn't have my ID so I wasn't able to drink. But watching my baby down her drinks was awesome while I sipped on my Coke😒. They didn't have anymore ribs which was weird being that we were at a Texas roadhouse 🤦🤷but whatever. We then had to revamp our orders. The food was placed at the wrong people so when my daughter received the corn she thought it was hers and began eating it. The other party at the table realized she didn't get her corn and it was accidentally given to my youngest daughter so she requested another to which the server said we'd be charged for 🤨🤨so we declined and took the corn from my 9 year old and handed it over to the other party 🤦. The server was not to great at keeping the table cleared and the drinks full. The wait time for our table was 1 hour and 50 minutes so definitely make a reservation if you can. Other than that it was a great time.
Texas was a happening place. We were served by a guy named Trevor and he made us take our time to order, he didn't hurry at all. The food and drinks were all good. We ordered starters and drinks for 4 of us and it was about $46 which is quite reasonable.
We came tonite to celebrate a birthday. We got seated in a decent amount of time. As soon as our waiter Taylor came over he was so sweet, had the absolute best SUPERB people skills, he literally is THE BEST waiter we have ever had. Myself and husband agreed and so did my children and inlaws. He was fast and courteous. He got our app in fast too. Taylor made our restaurant stay the greatest I've ever had!! Give that man a raise!!! He noticed I said my husband never does ice in his drinks and gave him a water no ice just because he overhead me! The attention to detail he has is awesome!!! Thank you, thank you! Our first time back in years, and with that service I want to come everyday! The food was amazing also!!!! All that and we were a large group of 8!
I really enjoy eating here. They still give a quality salad with their meal and the prices are still reasonable. They offer a weekly early bird discount on select entries; however, they keep changing the time to an earlier hour that makes it more difficult to benefit from. Also, once-in-a-while, I receive a tough sirloin because they didn't tenderize it. Overall, the food is fresh, good, and (depending on the time), the service is prompt. I definitely recommend it, if you are in the mood for a steak that is still reasonable in price.
Amazing food and economic prices. Service was great and fresh free butter was a good attraction to go there again 😂
