Great service! Our server was the greatest, Rachel, I believe... My steak was pretty tasteless. I visited another location a couple of months ago, and this dinner was great, but not the same at this location. We had a good birthday family meet-up regardless.
We had a large party so we were split between two tables, with two different servers but both tables received excellent service! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the rolls were on point as usual. We all received alcoholic beverages and they were delicious. Also thanks for the birthday surprise for my mom, she thoroughly enjoyed it and appreciated it.
Very quick and nice service! The dishes we ordered were generally tasty but as they seemed to be a little salty and oily, we felt full quite soon after food was served and were not able to finish all the food.
I was lucky I didn’t wait to be seated though it was crowded. Delicious food. The ribeye steak was juicy and the baked potato was so good with the onion cactus. The salmon was perfectly cooked. The servers are very friendly. Love the vibes of this restaurant.
This was our first visit and we love the service and food. I had the bone in ribeye, my wife had the grill shrimp and we both had sides. The ribeye was the best and the grill shrimp was outstanding. We will be going back, when u get a chance try this restaurant!!
Went here for the 1st time as a late birthday celebration. The food was delicious, atmosphere was great, service was wonderful, and after the servers sang happy Birthday to me, our server told me the lady sitting in front of us paid for my food!!!! WOW!!! I thanked her immensely and she just said she was blessed and she wanted to pay it forward. Now tell me how good God is!!!! Still good people in this crazy world. Thank you again to that very nice lady.
Always love going here, but they really need to work on getting their steaks cooked evenly. One end a perfect medium rare the other more well done. I also like to be weird and get a bowl of croutons with ranch... thankfully they are nice and accommodating. This time the waitress tried to charge me for them even though I got it instead of side... but thankfully they made it right.
Visited on a Thursday night. Getting our party of two seated was no hassle but the service was lacking. We were helped by a middle-aged African American man who appeared to have a walking abnormality. He was a very polite man. However, there was food under our table that hadn’t been swept up. After getting seated, it took five minutes for him to come to our table. After placing our orders, we didn’t see him for another 35 minutes. This is when another lady brought out our food but both dishes were room temperature and not hot anymore. My guess is is that they forgot about our table and allowed our food to get cold. Our waiter asked how everything is and we said the food was cold and he insisted that he could warm it up. He takes our plates, and ten minutes later, he’s still nowhere to be seen. We ended up just leaving. Our table had no silverware either and the lady who brought our food out told us that she would get us silverware but never did. This location has been lacking lately, unfortunately.
