Requested to sit in a booth, it was busy, they put us by the bar. The servers hang there, so, great service. She misheard me say fried chicken instead of fried sirloin, but OK. Food was very good, hot, served at decent intervals. Didn't feel rushed. Drink was potent. Was a nice evening

Still one of my favorite places, but the flavor of some plates has changed a little bit. My tomahawk steak was needing some extra black pepper along with - a hotter temperature on each side to seal it and keep juices and flavor in. However, I can’t complain about the shrimp. Best in town !!!! The Jamaican margarita with a 1800 shot invites you to taste it once and a second and a third time 😂. Guys please don’t lose your touch .there are a lot of customers like me who loves your restaurant .

Came in late (often to not so friendly stares - and I get it - used to sling gin), but once we sat at the bar and immediately ordered (don't need a menu, don't need anything but pop filled, and I'll be gone before close) - then every one warmed up. Salmon Cesar blackened - no croutons - simple. And it was - quick and easy. Always recommend that dish for a quick and easy at the bar.

The salad was drenched in dressing and big hunks of lettuce. The Potatoe Skins were burnt and extra extra crispy. Very nasty. The rolls were the only save for the night. Even the water had floaties in it. They brought another to replace that water and it had floaties in it too. Worst experience ever at Texas Roadhouse.

Our server, Trey, was top notch! Our drinks were always full and he checked up on us just the right amount. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and everything else was delicious as well.

Wow, just wow. I haven’t been here in likely over 8 years and was a little nervous to give it another try. I am happy to share that I definitely will be coming back! Everything from the food to the hospitable service, it was all amazing. Brooke did an amazing job and I hope she waits our table in the future.

I am a regular at the Texas Roadhouse in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Right from day one, the staff was very friendly and Inviting For conversation. I have now visited this roadhouse expecting the same service 100% different. I will never come here again. I must say they are not friendly through the customers that they do not feel. They relate to I suppose.

Excellent prime rib!! Fast friendly service. Highly recommend calling ahead for table. We called half an hour before hand and got a table soon as we walked in the door.
