Wonderful service. I don’t remember our server but she was amazing! It was her second job and she made us feel welcomed! The food and drinks were decent.
The Elizabethtown KY location has the friendliest servers (in my experience) & the food is always so great! I love that you can check in on the website & put your party in the waitlist for a table especially if you're travelling & will be passing by. Keep in mind, this particular location does not currently have a bar like alot of other newer locations. But still, they have plenty of good beer! This location is right off I-65 and has plenty of parking. Definitely recommend!
Service is always on top. Great staff and friendly servers and waitresses. Lindsey did a awesome service and spoke with us, very friendly. Food was hot, rolls were hot, drinks were cold and flowing. Got to sit in Willy’s booth, 1st time for me. Never had a bad experience here in Elizabethtown, KY.
Had a great ribeye here with friends. Steak was cooked well. Server, Brooklyn was excellent. Very attentive and responsive to requests and they were crazy busy. Would go again and probably get two ribeyes. 😝
Always love Texas Roadhouse, especially this one. They were very busy when we arrived, we were greeted right away and even though we weren't on the waitlist we waited less than 5 mins before being seated. Our food was great but what made this place so great was our waitress, Shelby. She was so friendly and attentive, she certainly knows how to do her job and make people feel welcome. Highly recommend!
Great service. Seated within 5 minutes on a Thursday afternoon. All dishes were excellent.
My country fried sirloin meal was delicious but my nephew ordered New York strip steak medium well and it was medium. Other than that, everything was great. Our waitress was Grace and she was awesome. I left her a $25. tip.
Traveling through the area, we decided to stay in Elizabetown. Wanted a steak and stopped at this location. The place was packed with a 1 hour wait. We decided to wait and was seated 50 minutes later. Our server was great, and the food was excellent. Very efficient operation designed for maximum occupancy and quick turnaround of the tables.
