First impressions mean a lot, and this day it set the mood. Pulling up, the entrance was filthy. See pics. This was carried inside to the foyer/waiting area. The meat in the display did not look appealing. Our meals were probably the less appealing we have had in a while. The steaks were buffet restaurant quality - probably the cheapest vendor they could find. This night, most steaks were out. Good note - the young lady helping us was nice. The prices were reasonable but know you get what you pay for. Maybe I'll try again, but definitely not this location. I'll stick with the Outback across the street

Went here for my anniversary on the 13th. The wait was normal as we didn't think to prelist. The host was nice and welcoming as we entered the restaurant. We got to our table, which was near the bar. The server was nice as they were split between the bar and the tables. The rolls were slow to come out, and we had to ask for a refill. The food took forever to come to our table. My girlfriend vegetables were still raw and way under cooked. The steaks weren't the greatest, a big letdown. However, once we got home, my girlfriend was sick all night after eating here. It's been a while since we ate here it will definitely be awhile again before we come back since she got sick from the food.

Only came because my parents chose it. Walked in and didn't have to wait. Was seated right away and our server acknowledged us immediately. Our server was nice. I had the fried pickles as an appetizer and those were good, not geeasy and warm. I recommend the them! I ordered the pulled pork for my entree but after 15 minutes of waiting they said they didn't have pulled pork so had to choose something else, I settled for a burger and fries. Our server was very apologetic. Took a while for our food to come out (party of 6). My food was fine. My burger was cooked medium as I requested so that was good. The warm bread and butter is probably the best thing at this restaurant. Really good!! Overall it's an ok place and I probably won't be back. But our server was very very good!!

Pretty average steakhouse. I liked the ambience and service. But the food was average at the best. The steak was dry, just greased on the top. The house bread tasted like it came out a chemical container. Their side chili was quite good though. I would rathe go to longhorn.

It was okay our waitress made the experience really good!! Only reason to be back. The salad was good but too many eggs in it. My boyfriend enjoyed the rib eye steak and mash. The drinks were weak. There was a huge spill on the floor. Very messy but they had been there all day. The waitress was the best part tbh. Probably won’t be back (unless another location) but thank you to the waitress for the experience.

Went for my son's 16th birthday. Place and parking lot packed and some unfortunate people with no understanding of this yet the hostesses never lost their cool and handled everything as efficiently and pleasantly as humanly possible. I actually almost wanted to let some of the patrons know about themselves due to the girls being absolute sweethearts and doing their best with their loads of 10 and 14 party people showing up. The gentleman making breads was absolutely a blast to watch work. He was doing a hell of o job. Server was this adorable young guy whom had only been there 3 days and was absolutely rocking his workload and services skills as well as being able to maintain a genuine smile and good humor about himself. One of the best dinners I've had both in services and quality in a long time. The only thing they need is a bigger parking lot and restaurant to fit everyone in! Thanks guys for an amazing birthday experience for the kiddo!🎂 🥳

This is probably the most mismanaged Texas Roadhouse I've eaten at. I travel the U.S. for work, and I frequent this establishment chain. I have never really had an issue with Texas Roadhouse service or atmosphere. But from watching how the manager at the bar acts and watching management interact with the employees in general, I can tell why the atmosphere is the way it is. The bartender was really sweet, though I ordered an appetizer and did not receive it, but it also was not on the check, so I guess that saves me one awkward conversation, which I appreciate. The steak I had was way undercooked. I order medium, and I'm almost positive I received it rare. Luckily, the saving grace was the loaded baked potato, which was good and washed it down with an ice-cold summer ale from Sam Adams. Which was the highlight of the meal. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but in hopes that management sees this and maybe implements some improvements, I will leave it. Your bar manager has zero people skills, and how disgusting it is to see someone not wash their hands and instead use the soda fountain to spray their hands with water then proceed to spray water onto the floor is utterly distasteful not to mention unsafe. Also, it really defeats the purpose when you use your pants as a towel... Good luck.

Well meat eaters PRIME RIB IS BACK 🙌🏾 It's been years (pre pandemic) since I was able to find a good prime rib. We were at this location maybe a month ago & the waitress flat-out denied they had prime rib (she never asked). However, last nite my family & I were out celebrating 3 birthdays (8/19, 8/23 & 8/24) made even more special by a sweet waitress who simply asked a question. She mentioned she has worked there for 2 years & NEVER sold prime rib & wasn't even aware it was available....but you see what happens if you ask a question to the right person at the right time. On a weekday I might add.... 🥳 🎉 I would have loved to give 5 stars for everything but there was a terrible mishap with a receipt in our birthday boys 🍹, it was hard to shake the feeling of what could have been balled up inside of the receipt & why it was in the cup. We cautiously nibbled at our meals, THE FOOD & SERVICE (minus the mishap) WAS AMAZING ***as you can see by the pictures I LOVE THEIR GREEN BEANS THEY ARE SEASONED WONDERFULLY & COOKED JUST RIGHT!***
