The food was phenomenal and the place itself was amazing. It’s very clean and the staff are amazing. Something 2 Know: -Wait list takes around 40-50 minutes
Overall great experience due to the food, but the service need serious improvements. Cinnamon butter and bread was delicious, salty peanuts as well. Blooming onion, prime rib & ceasar salad were all delicious. On the service side, a kind of manager asked us couple times if she could do something for us and both time we asked her something, she didn't relay the message. Appetizers: 4/5 ceasar salads arrived, we mentioned that 1 was missing and we received it 8min later. Main dish, we received all the steaks except the plate with my prime rib, it took 13min to receive it, everybody at the table were done eating. It's hard to understand how a simple dish like this took 13 more minutes to arrive... No cooking required lol
Could have used more portobello mushroom slices on the chicken. Otherwise, it was very delicious. Rolls were warm and soft with the delicious apple honey butter.
I would have given them at least a 4. But first my order was wrong. What they did was take all the toppings off that should of not been there not thinking that maybe I might allergic to them. Forgot my rolls . Then added a tip after the fact that I didn't add it only because it was to go. I also would like to thank Gavin for taken the time to listen me. I didn't want anything in return. I just wanted him to be aware of what happened incase this could happen to someone with a allergic reaction. He ended up given me a $30 gift card .
I have my ups and downs with this location. I recently started eating back here and purchased takeout a few times a week. I usually purchase 2-4 chicken entrees at a time. On some of the entrees, the chicken was done to perfection. Other times, half of the chicken was pink and raw. I’ve spoken to the manager several times. He was very understanding and gave me a gift card for my trouble (very much appreciated). I ordered takeout again this evening after ordering last night. I spoke to the manager to kindly ask if I can have my chicken cooked well done. When I got home, the chicken was done to perfection, however, the mashed potatoes I received were literally stepped on. The photo shows the mashed potatoes in the tupperware, which were leftovers from Tuesday night. They were still good to eat. However, the mashed potatoes in Texas Roadhouse side containers are what I received tonight. They were gross, mixed with God knows what and discolored. I received 8 sides of this defective mashed potatoes. I’m scared to see what happens to me after I ingested them. I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but I guess this is what happens when you bring an issue to management and they show you what they’re capable of doing. Mashed potatoes have never looked like this from Texas Roadhouse, so I don’t even want to know what concoction was put together to give me these faulty mashed potatoes.
It was just!! was not the best experience me and my two lady friends wanted something different then the usual place but mybe the wrong time for us We say will not go back. So 😞 sorry
"good food and service was OK, not quite like it is back home" The food was good and the service was OK, but all the locals up there are not very friendly, now the non local people are very friendly, such as the Subway by Wal-Mart, they are very friendly, the people at the holiday inn were very friendly and the manager at the five guys was very friendly... the locals, not so much. But my over all experience here was fine..
Bad attitude..with burnt food, this place is a total gem! If you get food like mine, just walk out and possibly leave a note.
