User Reviews

This was my first time at Texas Roadhouse. I knew it would be a great experience based on the people waiting to get in. This restaurant was VERY busy! Despite this, the servers and staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional! It was served hot and timely. The ribs on the menu indicates 'it falls off the bone.' This is very true! They were so tender and the smokey flavor was exactly what I expected. They were LGBTQ + friendly. The restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. There was handicapped parking and it was accessible to enter.

Our steaks were cooked as requested which is nice since it seems hard to find a properly cooked medium rare steak nowadays. Despite being absolutely slammed with a line out the door, there was bar seating. -hint if you’re ok without a table/booth. The bar wasn’t very packed and the bartender could’ve been more attentive. Service was not exceptional, but not bad. Perhaps it was because we didn’t order any alcohol?

I would like to start off by saying that I really like Texas Roadhouse but I WILL NOT recommend this particular location. If I could give this location zero stars I definitely would, however if I want this review to be seen I have to give it a rating. My husband and I came in yesterday evening at 6:45 pm to stop in and have a nice dinner. My husband relies on a wheelchair to move around due to having had a severe stroke 4 years ago. This stroke has left his right side paralyzed and he needs accommodated seating. The hostess tried to seat us at a bar stool booth. My husband CANNOT stand up let alone I DO NOT have the strength to lift him up so high off the ground. I had let the hostess know that this seating arrangement would not work and would like to sit elsewhere. The hostess had then tried to seat us in a booth with elevated seating with a step. Again, my husband CANNOT STAND to get up on this booth. Not to mention, the seating area was so small we had bumped into several patrons. It was at this time that we began to receive nasty stares from the surrounding customers. I was so embarrassed from this that my husband and I decided to leave. In the parking lot just before taking off, I called their front desk letting them know about my awful experience. The lady on the phone reassured us that the manager would be in touch and we gave her our contact information. It has been a full 24 hours and I have NOT heard anything back from the manager. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Texas Roadhouse location. If you or a loved one have any disabilities, YOU WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED!! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!!!

I ordered a medium rare steak. I received a terribly burnt, dry, well done steak. I took one bite before I threw it in the trash. Couldn’t even feed it to my dog bc I thought he would choke. Not even close to satisfied , now I’m super hungry and having to order another meal from another place. So disappointed. First and last visit.

Very consistent meals and really great service as always. Atmosphere is fun but just a little loud! But what can you expect on a Friday night? One of our favorite places to go and I highly recommend it👍

Visited by myself whilst on a work trip. Was made to feel very welcome and the food was great, very well cooked steak. Definitely recommend.

We flew back to Colorado to visit family and celebrate our 23rd anniversary and everyone wanted to meet at Texas Roadhouse. It was fun, the food was great and the staff was awesome. They even helped us celebrate our special day. Our waitress did a fantastic job at handling our large group.

I just spent over $50/ person and could not even eat my meal at this location. I sent it back and requested it be boxed up as I could not stand staying in this restaurant any longer. I did not eat a single bite in the restaurant, apart from the bread appetizer. This facility needs a stronger manager to enforce order and organization. The FOH is not enforcing the “wait in your car” rule regarding reservations. And 40+ people are crowding the entrance in a fashion similar to standing room only at a concert. Also, management failed to relocate an incredibly disruptive party that went on disturbing the entire restaurant for a significant amount of time. Myself and many other patrons could not enjoy our meals with screaming children screaming for extended periods of time. I was really looking forward to a nice steak dinner and it was completely ruined. Unfortunately, my card was ran before I could leave and I paid full price. The manager on duty gave me a $15/off voucher for next time but that will not be enough to get me back in the door of this $#!! show. Here’s the photo I took of my meal as it arrived. The second photo is me eating a cold steak without one of my sides or silverware out of a to-go box. I came for a steak, and I left with a migraine. Terrible experience.
