Great restaurant, if you are hanging in St. Joseph at Silver Beach for a few days check this place out. The whole family will love the food and the environment. Not too pricey, good choices from appetizers to burgers and beers. Loved it!
Our server was Kayla, she was very knowledgeable about the entire menu and extremely friendly. The food was absolutely amazing. I would definitely come here again if I'm ever in the area
Texas Corral is the lower end of the throw-peanuts-on-the-floor budget steakhouses like Texas Roadhouse and Logan's. Food is passable, but not great. Obviously pre-prepped frozen appetizers can be good, but the sampler just wasn't good. Soggy fries, mozzarella sticks cheese wasn't melty or outside crunchy. Usually at bar/restaurants like this the fried food is the go-to staple, but there's too many corners cut in ingredients and prep to recommend. Entree steaks ordered medium-rare were medium-well. Ribs were weakly sauced and inconsistently prepared, some being tough and others chewy. Atmosphere is dated and not in a charming way, more in a "we tried 15 years ago" way. First, it's in the parking lot of a dead mall. Country hits from yesteryear play to uncomfortable and scratched wooden benches. Bathroom door wedged open with a trash can and a wet floor sign in the urinal to show it's not in service. Arcade has games from 20 years ago, but they were in workable condition. Our server was nice, but he was obviously overcome with tables. Struggled to get attention, but effort was being made. He was seemingly frustrated by this too. I rarely give bad reviews, check my history. This is one of those places. I give it 2 more years, tops. I'd recommend the Applebees down the street to this place, and you know things are bad when you're recommending Applebees. Pictured here: Texas Strip with vegetable skewer, ribs with fries, arcade.
My food was beyond delicious!! It was exactly what I wanted and needed. Our server wasn’t the best but we looked over it, to enjoy our meal.
This is the most food that anyone has ever been served. If you're looking for gigantic portions, this is your place! Our server was very friendly and the food was decent.
Ordered to go. Asked for Medium well steak and received medium rare steak. Had to microwave to cook the blood out because I'm pregnant. Steak was still juicy and tender after 2min microwave. And the baked potatoe and salad was ok. On another order the chicken and dumplings soup was salty and both steaks were under cooked.
Very good. The country fried steak was massive and thick. Pork chop was cooked perfectly
Slow , not busy staff slow food came out all at once. Staff was not great had MTV show on no sports.
