9/4 Update: Food is still really good. Easy to order online is a perk. I still stand by the price is this places major downfall. I do really like the egg rolls, though. I've been a few times and the food is always hot and fresh. Star deduction for the price for what you get, though. I always go around my birthday. If you sign up for their rewards club, they give you a free bowl. It's definitely worth going with a deal like that.

Ordered spicy chicken teriyaki with noodles. Unless they mistakenly made it mad spicy level, it was insanely spicy. Couldn't eat even halfway and had to stop.

OMG. The food is fantastic. Walked in to order and stood in line. The few minutes I had to wait were well worth it! The girls were pleasant and efficient. The portions were perfect. I have found my new favorite place to eat.

I paid for two proteins. Look how little orange chicken they gave me. They didn't even bother giving me the other items from my order

Had hopes this place would meet the fix I needed. Trying to find a teriyaki place similar to the teriyaki houses experienced in my college days in Seattle. This place wasn’t even close. Had read a review mentioning how messy the place was in the customer area and took a quick scan of the place on my way to the counter. Everything seemed in order (more on that later). My first impression was the girl at the counter, not sure if she was hung over, sick or what, but she was pale, slow moving, slow to respond, and could barely hear her when she barely whispered out an answer to a question. Asked her to repeat and the effort portrayed to say, “yeah” was concerning. Even worse when she asked if it was eat in. Ordered anyways and took my drink cup to the drink area, not visible walking in. Prior review was correct. Not usually very critical of this cause I know customers can be sloppy but it was an absolute MESS. Heading to the tables, first seat encounter had all sort of stuff on it and table was sticky. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th tables totally sticky. I wiped the least sticky down slightly wetted with my unsweetened tea. Food was brought out pretty quick. Figure I can over look the above for good food as I often do at so many of the dives I love to frequent. This was not the case. Upon opening my plastic container lid, it was what looked like a flat frozen chicken breast from Costco on of rice with a bit of teriyaki sauce lightly drizzled over. Luckily additional sauce on the table, regardless of the stickiness I do mean bottle. Sautéed/steamed vegetables were 4, so hence the 2 stars. When leaving the girl at the counter was on one knee resting her arms on the counter, on her phone paying for something with credit card. Wasn’t busy in there so I suggest management has a discussion regarding intermittent wipe downs and clean ups of the customer area. This day in age, I sure do hope she was just hung over…..

I actually really loved it. Didn't expect much but the food was surprisingly good. I had spicy tofu with the mad sauce and rice and my daughter had spicy orange chicken with noodles. I like that they have a reward system too. I'll definitely be back.

I don't know where all these Karen's get off complaining. The food is amazing, and for being short staffed...they provide the best experience they are able to. I mean when the line is super long and outside orders are coming in ya, things will slow down....kind of happens everywhere. I have been in many times and seen people order food, the order is repeated back to them several times. They get their food, eat most of it and then complain it was wrong just so they can try to get free food. SMH!!! All my orders have been made as I asked with no exception. No wonder no one wants to work anymore....If I had to deal with all these obnoxious, greedy, conniving people, I wouldn't want to work either. Good job to all the hard working employees, doing their best to make us lazy people food.

I ordered to go, while waiting I sat over to the side where there is a bench near the drink area. I noticed that the cleanliness was just really non-existent. The floors, walls, drink area, and even the area behind the counter were visibly filthy. If the area that a customer can easily see is as filthy as it was, I don’t even want to know what the food prep areas look like. I got my food and left, and as this was playing through my head I didn’t eat more than a few bites of the food because I was so grossed out. If you love food poisoning, this is the place to get it.
