She said she wanted, "Fat free!" Then, with all the splendor of choices and flavors, she got what she liked. I paid and she's happy. We laughed and talked about our mutual business plans and life is grand!!! Great service, good charm, and we'll be back.
I have had frozen yogurts many times and in different states. I don't believe what me and my brother got were yogurts. Seemed like your normal ice creams and nothing special about them. WAY too expensive also. Was my first and last time there. Was disappointing but the server was nice.
I was here the other day, and Rachel was so nice and patient! I was having issues with my card, and she was so kind and understanding while I had to make a run to the ATM. On top of that, the scooped chocolate yogurt is absolutely amazing. I will be coming here all the time now!!
We have always loved TCBY! Which is why I gave them 5 stars. However, one of the employees last night in a blue shirt was extremely rude to my fiancé. On 7/18 we decided to go to tcby at 9:45 because we wanted to treat our friends to some frozen yogurt. My fiancé was literally asked “what do you want”, with a very rude attitude and eye rolling. My fiancé kindly asked if she was feeling okay because obviously something was wrong and she ignored her question. It was very easy to see that they were ready to go home and didn’t want any other customers. My fiancé and I went outside to wait for our friends. When they came out they said she was making very rude comments about our parenting because we brought our baby out that late. She must not have known we were together. I went back in to politely ask for her name but she declined to tell me and stated she was the manager.
This TCBY has been around for so long. They have made a lot of great upgrades to their store over the past couple of years. The staff are great and always friendly. Only problem is it fills up fast as it is the cheapest of the 50 ice cream places in the village.
Like the ice cream but they told me indoor seating will not be back due to Covid yet employees aren’t wearing masks. I say bring indoor seating back and let’s live our lives!
This is a terrific business. Not only is the service, product and store great, but they are great neighbors. The owner is highly supportive of local causes, like our school, and they go out of their way to help. Highly recommend!
A great treat, as always! I love their White Chocolate Mousse frozen yogurt.
