For frozen yogurt this is it. The staff was super helpful in telling me what was gluten free. Fast friendly service.
We are new to the area and we went with a group of kids here for a quick end of school year reward. The ice-cream and toppings were great and the girl serving us was amazing. She was patient and got all the orders correct while making each dish exactly as each kid wanted. Really good experience. Thank you

Great location! Staff friendly and helpful. A great alternative to Soft Serve. The kids really enjoy the Waffle Cones and choosing the toppings. UPDATE: I Just found out I can update the banana split with my choice of scoop ice cream.. this is now my favorite ice cream in Greenville! I go with the peanut butter delight and chocolate with hot fudge and cookies n cream.. holy cow it's awesome!!
I have severe stomach issues and TCBY is one of the few places I can treat myself and not get sick. I LOVE THEIR YOGURT, it is a sweet creamy cone of deliciousness❤️🤷🏼♀️☺️ However the reason i give this location in Greeneville, TN a 3 and not a 5 is this: the staff. Their staff is not friendly, they make jokes about the customers, they act like self entitled brats sometimes. Sorry, but im not from here and am honest. We have been through there countless times and very few times were we treated kindly. To the point my Fiance refuses to go there anymore bc of the attitudes. Its yogurt and ice cream guys, its not a difficult job. Just. Be. Kind. ☺️Otherwise, i love it❤️
My husband and I went in to get some hand dipped ice cream.And left with nothing. 6 of the bins were completely empty and the one my husband wanted didn't have enough in the bucket for a scoop.6pm on a Saturday, memorial day weekend. Very sad indeed. Wont be coming back
I worked at TCBY when I was 16. My very first job. I loved it then, love it now. It tastes the same, delicious. They have the best toppings, best frozen yogurt, and the best people! There should really be way more TCBYs than Sweet Frogs in my opinion.
We love TCBY. BUT…. when online and the actual store has it posted that it closes at 10. And it’s only 9:11pm at night. And you can literally see the workers switch the light off and run from the register as you are pulling in…. They literally hid. I could see if it was way closer to 10 to being closed. But it wasn’t… My kids were very upset. Idk who the young kids are that work there but it’s a shame. If the store does close at 9, they need to revise their signs and online. Normally I just let stuff like this go, but I seen similar reviews on the fb page too….
