There is very nice and cool Halloween decorations at this tapioca express, and they have special Halloween drinks ( Pumpkin snow babble). I was so happy that they could customize a pumpkin snow bubble for me!!! The staff was very friendly and patient. I will definitely come back!
A couple of days ago, I got a cookies and cream snow bubble and when I tried it, it had too much ice in it. I didn’t enjoy it. However I would say that the place looks really nice if you want to stay and chill out. My family’s drinks looked really good, but mine was terrible. I don’t recommend getting the cookies and cream snow bubble.
This place is good. The boba drinks are good and the customer service is normal. The drinks are not excellent which is why I am giving it a 4 star. I have had better boba drinks but this place is good to satisfy cravings!
Friendly staff and the crispy chicken were on point. The chicken portions are bigger here compared to ones I’ve had at different TapEx locations. Clean establishment. 4 stars due to waiting longer than usual for my order.
Worst service by the employee. Bad attitude snap her finger at another customer And no boba to top it off no sign saying no boba. Bad service will never come back to this store
Customer service 4/5, my order 2/5. Pros: Super friendly and efficient cashier Drinks taste great after mixing them myself at home Not busy or crowded, in fact it looked empty when I arrived. Order came out quick but... Cons: Waiting longer than usual as the only customer inside while employees chatted before taking my order. Order felt and looked very rushed, everything just thrown in the cup, not mixed very well with messy/dripping lids. Maybe they felt they had to rush my order as an apology for making me wait before placing it IDK either way it's nothing personal, but from a purely business perspective the experience made me second guess returning in the future.
Taro snow had numerous fat chunks of ice that would clog my bolba straw, they were that big. It was also incredibly bland and tasted like plain yogurt with a similar consistency. First time ever not finishing a taro. Thai tea with exploding bolba was ok. Maybe it's the blender but something isn't working correct.
So yum. Love that I can pick my sweetness levels.
