I really like this place! I went in for lunch and had a good experience. The staff was really friendly and tentative. Food was tasty, and the chicken was good quality! I added broccoli to my entree for no additional cost which was really nice. Their egg drop soup is delicious! It had small bits of tofu in it too. The plain fried rice really was pretty plain, but tasted fine. Would’ve liked more veggies. Big portion sizes! I’ll definitely be back

This is a nice Chinese food restaurant. We waited for a little long time until the dishes served. It’s near Indiana dunes national park. Decent price for lunch specials. I am glad I additionally ordered one dish to take to the plane.

As American Chinese as it can get - not authentic unfortunately. The menu is more Asian than Chinese with all the Asian cuisines offered so mastery of Chinese cooking in their dishes is not to be expected. Both dishes have a lot of oil so it definitely makes stuff taste better at least, but isn't healthy. The stone bowl got the crispy rice part right though, and was nice and piping hot. There was a good amount of beef in the bowl. The kun pao chicken could have used less peanuts and more chicken. The portions are nice and filling though, and rice is good. There are veggie dishes but since they aren't explicitly labeled, double check with the servers to make sure they're vegetarian. Service time is average, but servers are kind and attentive, and can speak Chinese.

Me and family decided to have lunch at this place. We regretted it. The food wasn't that great. Service was the worse I have ever had. We were left waiting for drinks refills and we had to call the person who served us to get us more after an long while . They got my daughter's food wrong and when we told them to get us the right one, they took foot ever and we had to call them and remind them of the food we were waiting for. That's when they remembered we had a dish waiting. Pretty sad . We decided to leave just a few bucks because of the service and way we were treated and then they got upset and were rolling their eyes at us. We paid and walked out giving them thanks and none of them replied. They even followed us outside on the parking lot to return our tip. I will not recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat Chinese in Chesterton Indiana. People here are rude and they have no manners whatsoever . I will never eat here again . Rude and ungrateful people.

hadn't had good chinese food in a while, so was happy to find this place. the staff were happy and friendly, it was clear the restaurant was like a second home to them. even though the meal and appetizers were good, i was happiest with the thai tea which had a lot of sweetened condensed milk in it!

Entree was very good and spicy. Rice was almost like a restaurant chain quality like panda express. Good vegetables and sauce would probably go again. 1st timer

Went here to grab some food to go, ordered 2 eggs rolls with a shrimp fried rice with extra egg (from my 30+ years of eating shrimp fried rice, there’s always been some egg in the mix). The egg rolls were hard as ever, they seemed to be recooked. When I opened the rice, there was a fried over-easy egg on top, I was livid because that is disgusting, what Chinese restaurant doesn’t scramble the egg into the fried rice? I was very upset that I wasted time waiting for this and spending money. The rice tasted like barbecued rice & a lot of the scallions in the rice was burned.

The food is amazing and the food came out fast. The only issue I had with this place was the other customers that had come in treating the staff horrible. I 100% recommend coming here.
