Worst visit to a Taco Time ever. We waited 20 minutes for our food as it was sitting on the counter. We went through the drive through. The manager was sitting in their car. The people working were just talking to each other carrying on. Our food wasn't great either. It wasn't hot. I won't be going to this location ever again.
Terrible...EVERY TIME! I don't know why I even bother. I just stood at the drive through with no one in line and I kept asking if someone could help me.... I was rudly informed that it's gonna be a little bit! I waited for a quite a bit longer and then asked if someone could please help me and then no one responded. Finally, a woman came back on and yelled, its gonna be a bit!!!! The unprofessionalism is astonishing. I completely understand if there's staffing issues, but at least have the audacity to acknowledge and greet the people that come through the drive through to let them know...shame on the management! What an embarrassment for a major food chain!
This place has the nicest staff! They make jokes, are really friendly to each other and are willing to work on special requests. I can tell that they know how to make customers happy. Thanks for all you do!
The person taking my order did not listen to what I ordered, 2 crisp tacos with extra cheese no tomato or lettuce and 2 Fish tacos. They took that I ordered just 4 tacos. Charged me more when I corrected my order. How much do you charge for the Fish tacos? Also the sauce you put in the fish tacos was very thin and very runny. Cost me over $26
The slooowest service ever. Waited in drive thru line for 12 min. Car behind us & ahead of us left Went inside & food was piling up as it was made , yet the counter guy wasn't able to bag it & get it out. Waited inside another 13 minutes. Another worker stepped up to bag our orders & get us going. 3 workers there, and there may as well been only 2. This location needs a manager & at least 2 more employees & definitely one less (the guy) Was there during the 7p hour 8/21/23
Pay your employees better. The public will be better off. Updated to add 6 months later- they are a nightmare. The staff is terrible. It is open hours and they’re sitting eating with the doors locked. Multiple staff members. Our kids love the crisp bean and it’s the ONLY reason we go there. Every time we go there 4x a year for 3 year- they MESS IT UP! We always have to get back in line for MANY MORE of our burritos. They have a sign in the window that says “we’re short staffed and doing our best”, I get that. Completely. But train the people you do have!!!! The people at the window are great workers! They just don’t have the training they need. I’ve never not had an issue when going there.
Every single experience I’ve had here has been bad. I don’t know what’s up with the employees at this location, but they give the worst service. They sound miserable. They’re rude. They charge you for things without telling you they’re going to charge you for them (I wasn’t notified they charged extra for skimpy little ranch cups when I asked for them at the window until I didn’t get my change back). They need to clean those employees out and get new ones. I’m not one to post reviews, but this happens every single time I’ve come to this specific location. The only thing that tipped the pot today was the fact that I ordered a burrito that was supposed to be hot and it was cold. I choose to wake up and have a good day every morning, but I almost have to mentally prepare myself to have all of that sucked out of me after an interaction here at this North Ogden location. Don’t come here. It’s literally a waste of energy and a good way to get yourself upset for no reason. It’s a guarantee. Every. Single. Time.
Spent $25.00 and they didn't put any taco sauce or ketchup in the bag, unfortunately I had neither at home. I rated taste low because of no sauces. I won't be going there again
