User Reviews

I have only been through the drive thru. They take your order pretty quick. Line is sometimes long. Food has always been good. Only negative i have food wise was my tater tots were a little over cooked. Staff is usually friendly and attentive. Sometimes it takes a while to get your food.

Parking lot is clean, the doors, door handles and windows were all clean. The cashier was well groomed, polite, and enthusiastic to make my visit the best he could. Bathroom (Mens) clean, porcelain wiped and clean and the door was swept. All the tables and seats are clean. I ordered a Promotional “Fish Taco” and a “Sweet Pork Burrito” both exceeded my expectations. The hot ingredients were hot and the cold ingredients were cold, the portions are fantastic. The staff noticed I didn’t order a drink and offered me an ice water and the manager stopped by my table to make sure everything was ok. I would compare there staff to a mid-range nice restaurant. Very Satisfied

The #4 chicken burrito meal hit the spot while on the road. The tater tots really fill out the meal.

We are originally from Ogden Utah so we had Taco Times all over and they are one of our favorites. When we travel on 80 to or from Fernley we stop by and get our fill lol... We are definitely glad they are right off the highway!

Ordered 5 burritos to share with my husband after a long drive. Ate around 7pm, and just before bed we both started having awful heartburn. My husband said, “well this is more of a butt experience than a mouth experience” and honestly I couldn’t explain it better. This isn’t the first time we’ve had taco time, and it’s definitely more of a gassy adventure more than a delicious excursion. After bouts of throwing up and diarrhea, we have relived this experience enough. No more taco time for us!

This is a well managed and well established restaurant and locally owned! The kitchen is very clean and the food is fantastic. Very fresh!

Went during lunch rush and wasn't in line for than 10 mins and there was several cars in front of us. We took a minute to order because we hadn't had taco time in 8 years. The staff was very calm and friendly. They got our order correct. So that was a plus. In a wierd location as far as parking lots go but its elko so.... Recommend it for every Mexican food lover. Also the stuffed Mexican fries are amazing.

Outstanding staff. Spend a good amount of the talking just with the staff. One of our favorite places to have lunch.
