Food was pretty good. I got a quesadilla. Sauce is also really good. However, the food quality wasn't high. Their soda is mediocre. Was flat and didn't taste very good. I'm not expecting much from a fast food place but you can tell that they are low staffed. My food took at least 10 minutes to be ready. Last time I came I went to check if the dining room is open (it's not and according to family it hasn't been for years) and noticed inside there is just personal stuff everywhere in there. Other restaurants under the Taco Time franchise have been great but this specific one just fell short of my expectations. Overall not great but if you're craving some fast Mexican style food that isn't Taco Bell, it's a good option.

Yuck. Something is wrong with this Taco Time. The food was not fresh. The beef tasted old and reheated. Nothing is grosser or has the unmistakable taste of reheated ground beef. The portions were ridiculously smaller than at other locations. I had the same thing a couple days ago at a different Taco Time. In fact, I eat at Taco Time regularly. Nothing we ordered was comparable to other locations in fact. Especially the taste. Then, the window was filthy. So dirty on the INside you couldn't hardly see through it. It was dirty the last time we were there too. If it is the only way to interact with customers, keep it clean. I'm not sure if it was grease or fly guts, but something was smeared all over the window. I knew right then I should drive away but thought that would be rude. In hindsight, it would have been better for both of us. When they open the window, what you can see inside looks dilapidated, dirty, and rotting away. The ice tasted moldy. Which was easy to taste because the cup was filled with nasty tasting ice then topped off with watered down soda. Everyone's pop was watery. So unless we all timed it right as the syrups ran out, they were watered down. Even the hot sauce was bad. We tasted a packet of good old mild against a bottle of mild we had at home and they weren't the same color, let alone the same taste. The packet had a metallic, off flavor. What makes this especially sad is for my entire 50 years that particular Taco Time has been a Blackfoot staple. An institution almost. WHAT HAPPENED?!? HOW has this happened? I would like to say it might be one bad day. This last spring, and winter, and fall before when we "gave them one more chance" it was the same disgusting situation. After a tragedy a few years ago, the team that worked there at the time pulled together and kept that place going. Then new management came in and I hate to say it, but it has been going downhill since. I am afraid and heartbroken to say, this Taco Time feels like it has been ruined. A beloved place for a lifetime I will not go back to unless someone new puts out the dumpster fire they got going now. You can't even go in anymore. I am so curious why not. From a financial standpoint they have to be losing hundreds of dollars a day. I know another reason we haven't frequented there is several times the drive-thru was full with its three car capacity and there were a couple cars behind them on the street. No way was I going to wait 30 minutes again for a couple crisp burritos and soft taco. I really hate to rant but this feels personal. Pretty much my entire life I've known family and friends that worked there and they agree this one is awful. It's not the same. Please sell it before you run it in to the ground. Enough of Blackfoot is changing. It would be so nice to see it brought back to its original condition. Especially the food. It is a franchise. There is no reason it doesn't function or taste like every other taco time between here, Salt Lake, or the Oregon coast. No reason other than something is definitely off at this one. We know TT isn't inexpensive either. So save your money. And your gut. If you are longing for that taste of childhood, go to any Taco Time in the region BUT this one. If you remember going in with your Grandma and burning your mouth on an empanada even after it had cooled the entire time you ate your crisp whatever burrito and Mexi-fries, go to I.F. or Poky. They still taste and feel the same as being a kid. I know we won't give it another try.

They were attentive and double, even triple checked the order because there were so many of us. They were friendly and the food was awesome.

This place is a dump. Literally. After ordering i immediately regretted it. I’m never going back!

Best taco time ever and I have been a customer for over thirty years. Great staff, great food and good portions. I stopped on a road trip to Montana and I will be stopping again next time for sure. I was very pleased with everything. Supporting small business is even better when everything great. Thank you and I will be back.

Chicken burrito with 3 pieces of chicken, cheese so fake it doesn't even melt, giant pieces of onion and the sour cream looked and felt like milk was poured in it. Crisp burritos are premade and taste worse than any gas station ones. Paid for 2 small tater tots and one medium, all 3 we're the same size. Don't take this lightly when I say I would rather have saved my money and ate out of a random dumpster. NEVER Again!!!!! 🤢🤮

A family favorite, this place is usually always yummy but tonight the food did not taste the same at all. The cinnamon crustos were like soggy and had barely anything on them. The guy forgot a drink I ordered, and when I asked him for it he acted like he was irritated with me and walked away. I obviously took notice so when he came back I told him if he didn't charge me I'll pay for it and that I was sorry and handed him 3 bucks. He then grabs the money all irritated and I asked him for a receipt and then he turned around to the cash register and then back at me and handed me the 3 bucks and said "I did ring it up actually". Also my crisp meat burrito was full of gristle 😝 Over all ill give 2 stars for the Horrible customer service and quality of food. If you hate your job that much, move on, like legit. P.s. change the oil in the fryer every once in awhile 😉

Has really went down hill lately. Ordered two Casita burritos, they were soaked in what appeared to be water and not edible at all. Also ordered crisp meat burritos and they failed to verify and gave me bean burritos. They were old and nasty. The entire order went in the garbage. They have officially lost my business. What a shame because they used to be really good. I will go to other locations but definitely not this one.
