I've been to quite few Taco John's, and this was by far the worst. Messed up my order, when I asked about they said that they made what I ordered. Basically said that I was a liar. Ole's were burnt and way too much seasoning, super burrito looked about half the size of normal. The meat was burnt. Extremely rude staff. The previous owner of this location would have never let this slide. I'll never return to this location. I'll find a Taco Bell instead.
absolutely loved this restaurant! staff as well as their environment is great. Employees really care about their customers satisfaction. and not to mention how fast they get ur order ready. will definitely come around again!
I went through the drive thru as I was traveling and in a hurry.Terrible service, cold food. Ordered a breakfast combo but was told I would have to wait for coffee to be made because they only make it if someone orders it and no one had ordered it yet. The person working the window was extremely rude and acted like it was a bother to have to wait on me. Worst Taco Johns I have ever been to
They screwed up my order. And there wasn't an ounce of remorse or even an I'm sorry. They just rudely rang up the item they forgot. Very rude workers!!! I will not be back!!!
Very friendly service and exceptionally clean bathrooms. Pleasant find while driving through on a road-trip.
There’s not much I can say that’s positive about our visit. The tables were all dirty, the dining area was unkempt and dated, and the potato oles were burnt and so incredibly salty I could feel my cells becoming hypertonic as I suffered through eating what we paid for. Actually - I do remember a positive - the air conditioning works extremely well…so well that we were actually cold in august. Will not be a repeat customer.
Went threw drive threw, u can't hear well on the intercom. Staff was rude. Food was cold.
I love this restaurant they really love their customers and make sure there happy 😊 I’m glad I stopped by around 4 pm today ! Godbless you to the staff that are working. I been there several times and never had a bad experience! Also, there really fast service and have delicious food !
