We came here and the service was absolute horrible Bobby C was rude when we ordered and then when we came to get our food at the window we let them know that we had two orders and Bobby came to the window shouting that the orders come as they are ordered, which we are very aware of and we’re simply letting her know that we had two separate orders so she knew the next one was also ours. Then, we didn’t receive our nacho cheese or the second half of our order that we had to sit and wait for while we heard the woman and Bobby complaining that we were just trying to get what we paid for. We were very calm and respectful despite the way they treated us. We will NOT be coming back and we will let all of our friends and family know the experience we had. DONT WORK IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY IF YOU CANT BE RESPECTFUL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.
Seems like the morning crews are not morning people. There are usually steps missing from the opening process...like not turning on the soda machines. However, they are always friendly and provide good customer service.
I’m from Pella, IA originally and have grown up with Taco John’s. Wish we had more in Missouri. Better than Taco Bell. Today I had the street tacos and they were amazing. It’s also in a building that follows Pella’s Dutch style. Very good!

Had a terrible experience at the Taco John's in Pella tonight, 3 staff members, none of whom were trained, took us about half an hour to receive a barely understood by the staff order that was remarkably simple and well explained
I ordered the steak variety of the street tacos. This would have been a 5 had my tacos not come out cold. The tortilla was as if they just pulled it out of the fridge and the pico cheese and sauce together with the cold tortilla took all the heat from the meat. However, the flavor was great, a little strong on cilantro if you don't like cilantro. The cheese had a good flavor. Ole's and cheese dip were great as always.
Our last To Go order was not only wrong, but it was obvious they were trying to stretch ingredients. Stop it, Taco John's! We lived in the South for 6 years and craved TJ's the entire time, but now that we're back home it feels like the quality has decreased. We took this last order back and they were very polite and replaced the food. Unfortunately, the order was STILL wrong. 🤦🏻♀️
If I could give this no stars I would. We went to the drive thru and the checker was so incredibly rude. He kept talking over me, repeatedly said he couldn’t hear me, and he decided I was done ordering before I actually was. When I asked to add something he just gave a big sigh and continued talking over me. I’m sorry, if you work in customer service you should not be that rude. He has no place doing that job.
