I don't like places where you are forced to place your order on a touch screen. And why do you ask what I want to drink and then hand me an empty cup to pour my own? And why bother to ask what type of sauce I want and how many if you're not going to put them in the bag with my order? There were plenty of people in the food prep area making food and yes my order was made in a timely manner but apparently they need practice wrapping tacos because mine fell apart in the bag so lettuce and cheese and meat were all over the place sticking to everything... I mean I realize I'm not at a 5 star restaurant but apparently I'm also not at a 5 star fast food place. Come on Taco Bell, get your act together!
Like someone else mentioned the recent girls that work here are rude as heck. They have below zero customer service skills. But I get it. It’s impossible to find employees probably so this is the worst of the worst. Can’t even train them to be better. Just screws up orders. Doesn’t even make them. Then accuses you of not even putting in the order. Ignores you while you tell them you’ve payed and have confirmation of order. Like what the heck. Who is supposed to help me if not you. Yes you the person who works there. What a horrible location. This is not the first bad experience with customer service here. And that last review by a previous employee just seals the deal. How disgusting and awful. Sounds about right. Never returning.
Its taco bell. You get what you get. The service and wait for an online ubereats order taking 30 minutes to be prepared is stupid. Cant blame the driver. The staff dropped this one.
I purchase chips and cheese 1.99 and two sides of cheese .75 each! For them to come almost empty and cold!! Was there 1/5/2023 @ 2:48pm not busy and yet again disappointed! Only at this location so I have this service!
This location is getting worse and worse every time I go. It was convenient since it’s on my way home but I guess I’ll just start going somewhere else. Burritos barely have anything in them and they ask if you want sauces but 8/10 times they don’t give you them.
** recently employed here ** Take it from someone who worked here, you do NOT want to eat here. Seriously. The beloved Baja Blast Freeze machine is FILLED and I mean filled with mold, along with your wonderful soda machines. (See attached photos). I had a lovely manager named Brett (who I believe still works there) tell me to send food out through the drive thru that a previous customer unwrapped and touched, in his words “the drive thru times are too slow, I don’t care who touched it, send it out to the next person” On top of me and the WHOLE crew getting covid while employed here, I was forced back to work only after two (unpaid) days off while still having symptoms and masks weren’t mandatory. So I hope you enjoyed your covid burrito. In my managers words “it’s the law, you have to come back to work” The amount of cross contamination is insane, the line workers will literally be on their phones, wipe their hands on their pants and will not change their gloves. The line workers MIGHT change their gloves twice during one shift (8+ hours). While working here I was accused of breaking a sink hose on purpose by the manager Noelia, when I explained what happened her words exactly were “I don’t believe that”. All in all, save your money and time and go to somewhere that actually cares. Honestly check your food for hair, fake nails and covid.. have a great day :)
Waited for close to an hr for two orfer that was on doordash. Two customers order while I was waiting and they recieved there order first. One customer had her order wrong and also had to come back because they still messed it up and her order was first thrn doordash to go order. Go to drive thru cause they are slow inside
They got my order wrong. Also $6 burritos hardly have any meat or other fillings. The burrito is probably 75% soft flour wrap and 25% other. Spend the extra $3-4 and go to chipolte
