First Able people who working at this location never heard of Taco fries Supreme and I don't think Employees are getting properly trained How to make the food. It's not worth spending your hard earned money there.
The service was great! The food was prepared well! And the mobile ordering process was seamless. While there the staff even noticed someone waiting at the front for an order and double checked to make sure everything was ok. Turns out the ordering kiosk process wasn't completed fully. They apologized for the issue and started the order this customer had been waiting on. Within 40 seconds, the customer had their food. Again great staff and great food.! The prices are higher than most but it's near an airport. I usually expect higher prices near airports.
Always mess up my orders and put sour cream in my food when I specifically ask them not to. Half the people got additudes, and the other half are pretty good. It's fast food, you get what you pay for.
Let's Taco Bell is a really awesome Taco Bell the staff are really friendly if there's a problem they promptly let you know what's going on with your food and I had just tried the breakfast menu for the first time a couple of days ago and I have to say it's honestly better than the original menu in my opinion I still love their tacos and burritos for lunch and dinner but they're breakfast stuff is on point.
Third time in a row I order extra beef and lettuce and they give me less then what they originally put in there. How am I suppose to know they did or didn’t do what they are suppose to do until I get home. I have to pay extra for it and just wanted a good crunch wrap on a bad day. This is not only the third time but it’s the third time in a row as of recent
Night crew handed us a wrinkly bag with upside down natcho fries, tacos that were spilled all over the place and a crunch wrap that looks like someone came into work drunk. Also keep in mind we live 5 minutes down the road. If it’s past 6pm AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!
Staff was on point. Positive attitude, clean dining room. Nobody looked like they hated life. They thanked me for coming in! The order was correct! The service was timely. THANK YOU HARDWORKING CREW. THANKS to Whoever stepped up here to preserve this location from slipping into poor service, thank you as well. OWNER: pay your people well, give them good leadership and strive for good service at a fair price. I had given up in taco bell until this visit. Keep it up
