This once was a favorite place for me due to how quick service was and the quality was not sacrificed. As of a couple of months it appears that they have done a full staff overhaul and both quality and speed have suffered tremendously.... I don't consider this location unless I have 30-45 minutes to wait on my food to be prepared, and then the presentation leaves something to be desired. Definitely not a "I'm in a hurry on my lunch break" destination. I hope it changes soon. Oh, and also, if you've ordered in the drive-thru you must commit as there is no way to exit unless your car can go over the curb, so hopefully you filled up your car with gas before contemplating this location.
The wait was extremely long in the drive thru. Got my order I know my fault for not checking it wrong order . Did not notice until I was too far to go back. Ordered two shredded chicken Quesada mini and Bill was 2.14. What I got was a crunchy taco two steak chalopas one cheesy nacho burritos was awesome but wrong order.. tried to call to explain I need to pay more and left voice mail and no answer...
It's decent as far as taco bell goes, however the staff is always a joke, even with the outrageous turnover rate, which should attest to management, I hate to say. Non attentive at the register, usually fooling around in the back - which is open to public view - I've even gotten chalupas in which they forgot the meat! Also, the place closes down every year or so due to a sinkhole in the parking lot. Time to find a new location!
Anymore fast food restaurants are not that fast, not that friendly, not that good! This location that is not true everyone was friendly the food was fast and tasted wonderful! We will be back to this particular location instead of others in the area even if it is a little bit longer Drive :-)
This location needs some help. The employees were just standing around in a circle talking about personal lives. The tables were dirty and the employees were letting friends behind the counter into the kitchen. What's bad is the manager was one of the people standing around.
Unfriendly experiences over the years here, staff is generally highschool drop out material. Unclean, floors look dirty constantly, bathrooms are unsanitary. Sinkhole in parking lot, Yes there's a sinkhole that hasn't been filled in for over a year
This is a long story but worth the read I pull into the drive thru there's two teenage girls and a truck having a conversation with the worker the truck finally pulls forward they continue their conversation at the window the guy in the truck hands his dirty hat to the girl working which is against policy anyways. My order was a chalupa combo which has two chalupas and a taco my order was a special order. well they got both wrong I call them and they were supposed to correct the order the next time I come down and said they would also give me another combo free well two days later I go there they ask how the chalupas were supposed to be made I told them no sour cream no tomato add nacho cheese and the chalupa were supposed to be steak when I finally got my order they left the taco out of the combo the chalupas were regular beef no nacho cheese no lettuce and had a extreme amount of sour cream I called the manager back try to tell him the whole story he actually begins laughing I will never eat at this place again
Sat there at the drive thru for 15 mins went to the window and the worker said I have to pull up or the head set won't beep. I know they have a camera to see if someone is there. They are just covering up for not wanting to work.
