I got the new jalapeño pizza with a chalupa and it was cold. I ordered through the drive through luckily they gave me the correct order the first time but they didn't give me my drink. When the lady handed me my food she said have a good day and almost shut the window before I could tell her, luckily I caught her in time to tell her. I waited probably an extra 5 minutes on ONE drink. When I got home the chalupa looks like it wasn't even toasted and it was cold, the pizza looked like it was just thrown in the box and was also cold. I do not recommend this taco bell at all. Edit: I live right next to this taco bell so no way it would have gotten so cold so fast.
Went around the drive through asked for mild sauce. Stayed at the window forever after getting food, while employees made eye contact and then they wouldn’t come to the window. Went around again, and all 3 employees working were outside. Asked for mild sauce. They handed us hot sauce and we stayed at the window forever while they laughed and ignored us. Finally had to honk while they were rude and tossed us mild sauce. Also our order was wrong
Edit - after 35 min I was given my food and I could tell they were just incredibly understaffed. Food was great but owner needs more hires. “You’ll have to wait 15 for a shift change” if you’re in there why can’t you just make the food. Anyways I wanted my Taco Bell so I waited. Go back up in the drive through and they say the exact same thing so Now I’m about to wait 30 min because I really need my Taco Bell… but this happens way too often.. should just shut down at this point so they stop disappointing me week after week.
I usually like TB but this place is the worst one I’ve been in for a while. Walk in’s not recommended, especially if you’re paying cash. They make you order from a kiosk and then wait 20min for your food (3 tacos). It appears that when you pay with cash you’re moved into a queue that nobody checks, drive through’s take priority whether or not paying cash. I had to ask them if they got my order or I’d still be standing there.
They didn't give us part of our order and until we questioned they weren't going to tell us they didn't have that item that they charged us for. Then when we got home we discovered the vegetarian food we ordered all had meat on it instead of black beans like it was supposed to.
This place can't keep help.... They are DRIVE THROUGH ONLY. So Expect a 20 minute or longer wait for your food. Your order will be wrong because the staff they have ate overwhelmed & have given up caring about Quality. They really need help or to just close this location. This has been an issue for over a year now.
If you enjoy a drive thru experience where you receive food that is absolutely nothing like you ordered and staff that has zero social or customer service skills then you're gonna LOVE this place! 🙄🙄🙄
Absolutely Perfect! I had not been to taco bell in a very long time and decided to check them out again. I was so happy they were open after I got off work at midnight, so hard to find late night grub these days. Service was great, food was hot and fresh. I got the Grilled cheese burrito deluxe box and what a great deal that is. So much food for 10 bucks, even comes with a drink. I will for sure be coming back more often.
