My most recent visit was sub par. This Taco Bell, it seems, is going the way of other Taco Bells by trying to get all of their customers to place their own orders at the self serve kiosks. I think this is lousy customer service. I mean how disrespectful is it to basically tell your customer that you don't want to help them. I was basically told I have to use the kiosk, and when I politely declined and asked to be helped at the counter, the crew member walked me over to the kiosk and tried to place my order there as though I don't know how to use it. Now I know from a prior visit, that the kiosk doesn't have certain items, and the item I wanted wasn't on the kiosk, so I told her what I wanted, and then followed her to the counter where she had to place the order. Now, I'm not against self service for those that prefer it, but for those that value the customer experience like I do, it would be best to help the customer in the way that pleases them. It's obvious that they are trying to get rid of their front line workers by automating the order process. They also are hiding their registers under covers so customers can't see them (this was said by the crew member). A customer's experience is important, and one bad experience can lose a customer for good. This is basic customer service. That is why I refuse.

Just came from here...the lady who took the order had such an attitude right from the jump, it was unpleasant. After I came home i saw the gordita i ordered had the full cardboard in the taco between the tortilla. Never had this issue till tonight. So unpleasant. THEY REALLY MADE THIS GORDITA WITH THE CARDBOARD. 😳🤮☠️

me and my friend are high as balls and she is very particular about the way she likes her breadsticks so she gave a very descriptive example of how she wanted them at the drive thru and even tho we were lowkey annoying the guy at the window (bless his heart idk his name he was a homie fr🙏) was so nice and the breadsticks literally caused a tear to roll down her cheek it's like they were crafted by the gods, and they were: the gods that work at taco bell in west springfield ily all i think you all deserve a raise🫡

Talk about rude, lazy, unprofessional and immature!!! While I waited for my food inside they were complaining about being busy because all the drive through customers they had because of the Big E. Called them all broke and cheap because apparently they should’ve just bought food at the Big E so that they don’t have to work hard. On top of that once my order was done I wasn’t handed it, it was thrown to me on the counter without even a word being said and the employee proceeded to laugh and speak about other customers that they’ve encountered. What I ordered did not come out as it usually does at other Taco Bell restaurants. Prices are pretty much the same at every Taco Bell so the experience and quality is what should be looked at and they are DEFINITELY not up to par. The interior is clean only because they barely have walk in customers due to the location. Management needs to be notified!

The service is horrendous! It has been that way for the past couple years. This TACO BELL is under construction to reshape the dining room so the pick ups has to go to the drive thru. But do not come or recommend this place because the staff is rude and when you place a mobile order, you might not get it unless you are in a car. I placed a mobile order and went there in person without a car, one worker told me to go to the drive thru still and another worker at the drive thru won't give me my food without a car. They were absolutely rip me off even though I told them I placed an mobile order and have a receipt as proof. They did not follow any customer guidelines or have a simple customer interaction about giving me my food that I order, they basically told me to MOVE ON, just to take care with another customer without communicating with me! The food order they gave me was not a well order, which is another fault!!

I always end up ordering delivery late at night and it's always perfect! They do a great job always even after a busy rush

This place was incredibly slow in the drive thru both for taking our order and giving us our food. Then they didn't give us one of our items and they didn't give us any sauce we requested. Then when I went back in I was ignored for many minutes and then they sent me back for my receipt. When I came back in with it they made me wait all over again.
