The app has been a little buggy since they changed it had it crash on me a couple of times but everything else was as seen very good but their IT department needs to get better maybe study those coding books a little bit or if it's an AI we are all doomed And since when did they sell shawarma at Taco Bell???

Good luck getting your order correct, or the restaurant being open at the hours they have listed online and on the window! I came here the other night at midnight after a different taco bell got my order wrong TWICE (had cheese every time and I am allergic) and I was too tired to try and see if it would happen a third time. Their hours listed said they were open until midnight. The lights were on and staff were inside on their phones. I had ordered online and THIS is what I found when I arrived (see attached photos). I called the store and no one answered. What a joke. My recommendation? Go get groceries and make your own food. At least that way it will be accurate and you can actually get something to eat.

Once of the worst Taco Bell’s out there. Tons of items on our order were not made well at all. One taco barely had anything in it. Customer service is way under par. Will not be back.

Tylvsha and her crew has always been very professional. She makes the food fresh and quickly. Thank you Taco bell for such professional, outstanding staff. I greatly appreciate it.

The girl at the register didn't even ask to take my order. Seemed a lot like racism. No other explanation that I can think of unless they forgot to teach her to say, "Can I take your order" or "Can I help you". I normally ignore bad behavior but this was obviously hate related.

The quality of food is pretty bad. Missing ingredients, some burnt, some items not cooked at all. Soda machine mixture is off, so better hope you like a little flavor with your carbonated water.

Food was hot and fresh ..order was made with no mistakes..staff was very helpful with suggestions and the lobby was very clean .. great job taco bell keep up the hard work

My experience at this place was terrible besides some of the team; whom I haven’t been in a while. My experience goes deep when it comes to this place because as Monroe’s Level Five guide I had to snoop around to find out why the bell lost its spice, that happy shine; it’s Pizzazz! When I entered it was almost to easy because I saw major code violationss Upon entrance; the make table was sloppy with old and new food products crumbled past trailing and even dust in high over head places like the menu board; where even the money is exchanged and everyone, likes to see nice things. The General manager of the stores name is Mr. Chad whom openly mocks his employees for there socialism making himself biracial when it comes to hard work that his employees do. The man behind it all was even missing during my training weeks the entire time I was on his payroll! He never entered into my life the way a General Supporting Manager is supposed to. Not even by way of money to help me; he just stuffed his pockets full of idealism insurance clauses so he could still sit in the General Manager Position/seat. I along with other members suffered great financial instability which also reflects on our Mas tradition: To Live Mas! The TacoBell I know would have never disrespected family; Ohana means: no one gets left behind! My wife’s burrito was not full it just was wrapped with two slices of flour tortilla shells and mines also; but what really makes me grind my teeth about the experience is; i never got to confront him whilst I was there which is exactly typical showmanship from him. Another female manager had to come to me and explain the sensitivity of the crewmen whom reported my presence. The young team members of Taco Bell saved the lucky stars for The Bell but as far as sanitation an overall restaurant experience respect for that particular store has lost respect torwards quantity an quality on burrito packaging when it comes to food handling
