I've literally never had my order correct here. I try. I give them chances but it's always messed up. They never have ice. I wish this was a decent Taco Bell. But it's not. They have no problem taking money and give half the order. Everything is wrong. How can anyplace be wrong all the time? So mad coming home and finding I've paid for items I didn't get. Every single time. Don't go here.
We went to Taco Bell on New Haven Melbourne, FL, after a long day/trip to UF Shands in Gainsville.The 3 of us were very hangry. Stephanie waited on us. She has worked there for years and was very patient and pleasant as she ALWAYS is. She is a real asset to that Taco Bell for sure. On our trip, we had been discussing how we wish they still carried the Enchirito. We all love them. It has always been our all-time favorite. Well, when we stopped, I jokingly whined and told Stephanie I wanted an Enchirito, and she said "okay". I was so happy to hear they were back but sad to hear it was only for a limited time. Why can't they put them back on the menu permanently?
So I placed an order through Uber eats and called the store to see if they were able to exchange the cinnamon twist on my order for the new strawberry twist since they are the same price and the person that answered the phone just now stated they can not because they are not the same price when that’s clearly incorrect mind you when he first answered as soon as I stated I just placed my order on Uber eats he cuts me off and says we called door dash and Uber 2 hours ago and told them we can’t do it cause there’s a long line and there is apparently only 2 employees so unprofessional and you can tell they clearly don’t know what they’re doing don’t waste your time ordering here
How is this a three dollar burrito? I have nothing on it but cheese and tortillas and then when I told them about it I got told oh well.
I love going to taco bell for a couple soft tacos and a cinnamon twist from the drive through. But lately from the locations in Kernersville NC, the food is just sloppily made and I quit going. But now I'm back in Florida and this taco bell was fantastic. Same great tacos I'm used to but they took such care with the preparation of the food, nothing oozing out, nothing all over the wrapper, and the lady at the window made sure I had everything before I drove off. I was so surprised that I pulled over and sat in the parking lot and ate. I know it seems like a small thing, but I hate getting down the road and no hot sauce. If you like like Mexican food or just want to try it then this is the best taco bell around. Atmosphere, it's a drive through, but I gave it 5 stars because I love my car.
I retract my previous rating of 3 stars. To start off my Crunch wrap supreme had no crunch and no meat. Just a sad flat Frisbee. They never have anything, always gets orders wrong every time we go and on top of that the ATTITUDE my goodness the rudest people work here. Taco Bell... Clean house. These people need to be retrained by the Viera Crew Or The Malabar Crew. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.
Waited at the Drive-Thru for about 15 minutes because the register was down. Rarely did anyone talk to us. No apology. I was thinking with a wait that long, we’d at least get a free meal or discount. Nope. Only waited that long because I was so stinking hungry for crunchy tacos.
This location is the best in the area. Well run and efficient plus I always get great service. Especially Christian, what a pleasant person to interact with. Keep up the good work y’all!
