Food is usually good but I have to warm them up when I get home. Service is hit or miss, one time a guy didn't even say hello and barely looked at me as he handed me my food; which was below average quality too. And overall the vibe is just ok, it's never really very fun most days.

Sat in the drive through or a few minutes this morning at 8:15 to get a quick breakfast. But nobody was there, maybe they need to update their opening hours.

This Taco Bell says they open at 8 am. The workers do not arrive until 8 am. It is currently 8:18 and nobody has taken my order. They said their fryer is broken. So apparently they can’t serve any other food. Diana Gamboa is the one working today that did not open the store until 8:15.

Pretty slow service, bad interpersonal skills. Would blame management for its poor training since that's generally what's at the root of this kind of sorriness. Food is okay, but on a macro level, you just get a lot less with the same deals as before with TB.

Cheap and delicious. This is one of my favorite taco bells in Utah. If you haven't eaten at as many TB's as I have (a difficult achievement), you may not have noticed that prices can vary from location to location. This is one of the few locations that still offers a $5 box and actual $1 dollar menu items. The quality is slightly above average as well. Its worth driving a little further to patronize this location over another.

the manager tabatha and another female employee were extremely rude and dramatic at the fact that we asked for extra rice!! Th eh huffed over the mic before having someone’s help us instead . Two of these from many folks👎👎

Best fast food customer service in UTAH Valley. Whether it’s lunch, dinner, or late night-the employees are quick, responsive, helpful, and kind. I go out of my way to this Taco Bell for the guarantee of impeccable service and exceptional food. Cheesy Gordita Crunch for the win 🥇

Do NOT, DO NOT EVER order here. I placed an order through the app, nothing indicated the location was going to be closed The order was placed just before 10 PM 8/8/23. I got a text confirming my order, as well. When my husband & I arrived the lights were on, “drive thru open sign as well” what did look odd was the 20 or so cars parked around the location, When we pulled up to the speaker to let them know we got there, we were welcomed w a note that started off w “sorry we are closed…” There was one guy in the lobby area, so I knocked on the window. The only reason I really cared was bc they took the money out of my acct BEFORE we even got to Taco Bell. He had a horrible attitude, I asked him who I was suppose to call for my money back. He kept saying “YOU are NOT my problem.I don’t give a fk what you do.” Really frustrating to be treated like that when you did nothing wrong?? I don’t understand why they left the online ordering on? This location used to be great, now you’re just not their problem. Go to the 70th & redwood, at least they answer the phone.
