We ordered Mexican pizza in drive through, though there was no one behind us, they asked us to move us in the front and bring our order to our car. We moved in front of the store, they took a while to prepare our food. Food review: Veggie Mexican pizza wasn’t prepared properly. Beans was too dry, shell was staled, wasn’t cut properly, it taste too weird. Ruined our lunch.

This particular location was none friendly, unprofessional and unclean. I understand the facility being short staffed and team members being on break, but considering that it wasn’t too busy, you’d assume that they would have someone to clean the dining room area. The tables were sticky and the floor was not swept or mopped. I will not be frequenting this location again nor will I recommend my Mason brothers or fraternity brothers to th is location.

Friendly service but the place is a mess, and their grill is broken. They have to hold it up with a spatula. They were complaining that corporate needed to fix it.

Couldn't even order at 11:30 at night. "Open til midnight or later"....The whole crew was outside smoking weed. We were told they were only taking door dash or mobile orders.... We weren't even allowed to order at the drive thru. My son had just gotten off of work and was hungry. I was very angry and disappointed in their work ethics. Including the night manager because I started previously ALL of the crew was outside smoking weed. It was very strong.

This has got to be one of the laziest taco bells I've ever experienced. I ordered my food and admit I got here a little later than planned, but on my way got a notification that it was ready. Turns out, it wasn't ready, it was "cleared out" by "someone". So I waste another 20 minutes for them to make the order, when they brought it, I checked it and it was missing 5 items (about $12 worth) . Went back in and had them make the missing items. Waited another 10 minutes for that. All the while there's a guy walking around looking high as a kite. Not professional, didn't even realize he worked there till he approached me and asked what I was waiting for at one point. Also, despite them "fixing" my order 3 times (missing items, made incorrectly, etc) , they STILL got it all wrong or smashed. The restaurant looks nice on the outside, but it's not run very professionally. I get it's "fast food", but even that's to generous a name for this one. Don't recommend at all

This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. They refused to take my order even though I needed a printed receipt so I had to use the kiosk and didn’t get the receipt I needed. Also can’t order sides of cheese on the kiosk so we didn’t get that. Then we were trying to eat our food and what I assume was the manager or maybe just one of the workers decided to start talking extremely loudly about someone getting murdered and talking about bullets in their head and drugs and stuff. I have a 7 year autistic special needs kiddo and she did not need to hear about that. Especially when we were trying to eat.

It took several minutes to even be acknowledged to pay for food (all Taco Bells now look down on paying in cash apparently). Only reason I was acknowledged was because I spoke up loudly. Then they glare at you like you're bothering them! This has been an issue with nearly every Taco Bell I've walked into recently and I'll be avoiding the company overall from now on.

It's Taco bell. I think I'm just in it for the sauces but I'm okay with that Atmosphere was mediocre due to hearing the on duty manager berate an on duty employee. Not my place, I know this is the best kind of teaching but there's a time. And it's not when 8 customers are awaiting food. A little tone changes everything
