Tried the chicken power bowl that comes with chicken with rice, black beans, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole sauce. It's all together in a bowl. Also got a chicken quesadilla one of the classic menu items. Everything was delicious and served warm, ready to eat. And the service was exceptional.
Decided to eat here for lunch today for the first time and what I was given was the most soulless batch of tacos I've ever received from a Taco Bell. I know not to expect a fine dining experience, but the tacos we received were a total mess and lacked substance. Drive to the next closest one. Service was prompt and friendly at the drive through.
We asked for no tomatoes on our chicken Chalupa‘s instead, they took that as just put chicken and lettuce on and that’s it.too many bad encounters at this Taco Bell in Waxhaw employees are too uneducated to take a simple order and make the food, right
We ordered vegetarian tacos and fries. We come home and open to see beef on all of it, even though we specifically said beans for beef. When we called them they were so indifferent. No remorse, no apologies. He just said ' oh! Did we mess it up? You can come next day and we will give.....'. I only have one or two good experiences at this place. Do not recommend, especially if u have dietary restrictions
I ordered online and waited for notification for 15 minutes. When I didn't get any, I called the location. The person who answered said it's still not checked in, but she can do it then. I have no clue, why it was not checked in ( she didn't either). Then I tell her, every time I order u guys miss something and I have to drive back, so pls make sure it's vegetarian, and all the sauces r in there. She confirmed she'll make sure. I pick up the bag( it was closed and taped, so I couldn't check in the drive thru), come home and check. Apart from only a handful of fries per order, there were no sauces or guac. I paid extra money for nothing. This is every time for me at this location.
Vinny in the drive through window AMAZING customer service, very friendly and accommodating dude needs a raise if he has not already had one, more places need people like him!!
Very nice staff, the thing that really impressed me was as we went through the drive thru it was the clearest speaker I've ever heard at a drive thru of any fast food restaurant. Everything was very easy to understand. Good job Taco Bell
I drove thru the drive thru on my way to work. I ate my chalupas as I drove. Needless to say, I was covered in lettuce, cheese and sauce. Delicious! Also, I'm not attractive.
