Breakfast Menu "Taco Bell" Walterboro

We ordered on the app and as we entered we were greater by a smiling face and a "welcome" from Ben. I told him we ordered online and he looked for our order. Helping others, he saw ours was being made. The order came up quickly and the food was hot, plentiful, and presented nicely. The pictures DO NOT DO the food justice... I didn't think I was going to review this Taco Bell, so we started eating. The food was amazing. Burritos were full, not dry and just the right amount of all ingredients. The Mexican pizza (my wife's favorite) was a little messy looking at it, but that's because it was packed with the good stuff!!! A fork easily managed the pizza and we enjoyed it so much. As other customers came in, Ben kept his smile, while other co-workers moved around to make food, help each other and take care of things. This location run as it should, and was surprisingly clean. There wasn't anyone angry, cussing, or even looking mad as I have experienced at other Taco Bells...... this one is definitely TOP NOTCH!!! So I decided to ask for the manager to give credit to the staff that was working and Ben nicely said sure, and then asked if something was wrong. I said no, and he went to get the manager. The manager, MyAsia, approached and in a soft pleasing voice nice as can be asked if everything was on and if she could help me. I explained we enjoyed the food and she and her crew did an amazing job just being normal.... their normal is top-notch, which should be a standard everywhere!!! Attached is the crew that was available on Saturday, October 15th around 12 noon ish. Shift Lead - MyAsia Ben, Alexia, Chelsea, Trinity, and Krista. The food there has definitely gone down in the last 4 years. Sloppy oozing out of Burrito 🌯 and never HOT, barely warm to cool. Years back was a pleasant place to eat.

Don't know what happened, but as of August 4 2023, this place has the worst service of any restaurant in Walterboro. Took 30 mins to get to the window. Then after paying took another 30 mins to get the food, when the food did come out the mexican pizza wasn't even right. If you are gonna take that long to do an order as least get it done correctly. Would not recommend this restaurant till their staff gets better training.

First when I tried correcting the women at the window because I saw my order was wrong on the screen she was extremely rude reassuring me it was right. I had to go in and get it fixed and they half hazardly threw our food together. My soft taco was not supposed to be Supreme and it was and my quesdilla and burrito were falling apart and slightly burnt. Absolutely ridiculous and a huge lack of customer service. No apology that my order was wrong.

Drive thru was fast, I don't think they could hear me very well and I do speak louder than average. I got 3 sauce packets for my 8 item order ....

When I ordered a black bean crunch wrap, that’s exactly what I got. A crunch wrap with one black bean. The other ingredients that did make their way into my wrap were very fresh!! And very tasty. Wish I got to know what their black bean recipe tasted like! I’m sure it’d tasted great, making this 5 stars, but I paid five bucks just to end up getting a tortilla with lettuce and tomato. Other than that, it was delicious.

Threw all the food away it was disgusting, felt like someone had spit in it. This taco bell is just not right. I love taco bell but also check their reviews this one had fair enough but the food was nasty and everything was smashed up, contacted them through the website and have not heard from them. NEVER AGAIN!!!

They don't offer free Senior drinks like all other Taco Bells. Charged me $1.99 for a drink. Said they are independently owned and could change what they want. No more Taco Bell for me in Waqlterboro. SC.
