Food took FOREVER, none of it was even hot for it to have taken that long either. The cheese on the quesadilla wasn’t even melted, and it was filled with almost all shredded cheese. I paid extra for beans, and there was barely anything in there. One part of the quesadilla itself was all unmelted shredded cheese. I had also gotten some beefy melt burritos, and one half of the burrito was all beans and the other half was rice, none of the food was put together properly, and i did not get what i paid for at all. Don’t order from here, it’s trash! Spent 25 dollars on an order that was all wrong, and it wasn’t even hot or warm.

I’m truly disappointed. Normally, this Taco Bell is okay - just not today. The bean burrito I ordered was filled with onions. And the two packed Cinnabon Delights are too hard to eat as they seem to be days’ old. The only bright spot was the service that continues to be nice.

On 8/15 at 1:07 pm went to Taco Bell Mirror Lake location drive thru in Villa Rica. Ordered 12 of the Cinnabon bites. The bites were either overcooked or old because the two that both my daughter and I bit into were hard as rocks with no cream filling present. I returned a total of 10 as my the two that were bitten into were thrown away. Upon arriving at home, I called the number on the receipt and no answer. I left a message that I would return on the next day, 8/16 to return for a fresh batch or refund. Upon arriving at the restaurant, the cashier informed the manager stated would not make them fresh nor would he refund my money. I asked to speak directly to him, his name was John. I gave him the bag with the bites and informed of the issue once again and asked to be made fresh or refund my money. He refused and stated is the next day and would expect to be hard and claimed 8 were in the bag. I am appalled at the level of ignorance and lack of customer service. This individual should not be in management as he lacks common sense to assume a customer would waste time, money, gas and additional effort to return items a that were of good quality as well he clearly can't count as I removed and broke open a total of 10. Even now to right this review is a decision of ethics. I have contacted the corporate number to lodge a complaint as this behavior is unacceptable! One bad apple can spoil the entire bunch, business owners must ensure the individuals that represent their establishment will do so to the best of their ability at all times. I do understand the dynamic of difficult customers and unreasonable requests, however this was simple and should've been handled in a respectful manner resulting in a reasonable resolution. Hopefully "John" will receive the necessary training to avoid this type of infraction in the future!

Stopped by on my way through. Very friendly, quick service, clean store. Food was out quick. Hit the spot. Was very satisfying. Thank you for the great experience. Most definitely will stop by next time I’m passing through.

This is the worst Taco Bell!! It’s a hit or miss restaurant. Mostly a miss. I live in mirror lake and started patronizing this restaurant the second day it opened in my neighborhood. I also run a business not to far from the location. So my employees visit often. The restaurant was good until this year of 2023. The orders are always messed up. The meat taste old and cold. I’ve tried different things on the menu hoping they would finally get it right, but no. Every time I visit now the rap music like your in a club with profanity is so loud, the person taking the order can’t hear you make your order. Because your constantly trying to repeat it they get an attitude and curse you out. The managers are even worse. Let’s just say they love to use the “F” word. What an awful place. This Taco Bell has declined tremendously. I will not patronize this location, nor my neighbors or employees.

I got the taco box with 6 crunchy supreme tacos and 6 soft taco supreme for the family. The crunchy were good but there was too much sour cream like it was the main course. The soft tacos were just sad, the tortilla was for some reason wet at the top, inside the meat was on one side and everything was on the other. I'm pretty sure that there wasn't any cheese on at least 2 of them and they didn't taste that good either. "SIGH" I used to love taco bell but these days it's been hit or miss whenever I order. Maybe I'll try again around lunch.

This location went downhill fast. Started out quick, clean, and friendly, but the past few times we have been the a/c hasn't worked, our order has been wrong or missing items, the bathroom and tables are dirty and sticky. Got home before noticing some item's were missing. Called the location and the manager answered, I explained how ridiculous it was to wait that long and still have the order incorrect and she hung up on me. As much as food cost now days service should match it.

Deciding my visit to this location would be fast as I live in Mirror Lake with my wife and it is such a short drive. We had a storm on the way and after being close to the tornado that hit in Newnan in March 2002, my anxiety is through the room because of the tornado. Tonight, I spent 25-30 minutes in the drive thru waiting to order and couldnt back up due to a car behind me. The time efficiency is terrible. They may have a 100 with cleanliness, but the service is terrible. If they don't get better, this might be the last time we go.
