I feel the need to post this because at this point it seems like retaliation. Ive been going to Taco Bell for years. This one has always been the best. But not in the last 6 months. My husband is a fanatic which is why we still go. But the sauce is always an issue my husband likes it way too much I know it’s annoying, but he live a the dam sauce. They always give me such a hard time giving extra sauce. In the past six months at least 7 times my order is wrong or missing something. I have to drive all the way back to get it fixed. And it’s insane the attitude of one specific guy in the drive through. Idk his name but he always has something to say. Tonight was it, my husband ordered I went I put in an order right after his but forgot to mention it because I wasn’t done putting it in, so I didn’t want to hold the line. I went to the window and I tell them I have an order for me too and he says my manager said you have to go around because you have tell us at the speaker. I know he remembers me because last time I asked why it was such a big deal that I asked for extra sauce. I called the store and told the manager she stayed quite and didn’t do anything about it. Today they know it’s me and now they can’t just give me my order because I didn’t tell them at the window.

The workers are ridiculously slow, and they put literally no meat in their tacos. Photos attached. I ordered on the app, and I was texted that my order was ready, 15 minutes later, maybe, but not when they said it would be.

On Friday Aug 4th at 10:03 pm I walked into Taco Bell to pick up an order for a customer. I saw that the lobby was open so I went inside to pick up my order. There were other customers standing waiting for orders and some customers were sitting eating. When I showed Jessica (the manager) my phone with my customer's name on it she said I have to go out and go through the Drive-Thru. She said they were closed inside, Even though I walked in an open door. I said "well can I just get my customers order" which was sitting there behind the counter, she said "no! You have to go through the drive through line", and she said it rudely. I told her that I am a delivery driver and that this is already paid for and the drive-thru line is very long but she didn't care and told me I have to go through the drive-thru, we're closed. She did not have to ring anything up because the item was already paid for, it would be no different than her handing it to me through the window, she was very very rude and argumentative. This woman needs some customer service skills and retraining. It would have been no problem handing me my order over the counter. Because of the way she spoke to me and her attitude towards me, I expect an apology not only for me but for my customer. I notified the customer when it happened that his order was going to take longer because she would not hand it to me when I was there to pick it up. When I got to the window at the drive-thru, I got my order and then asked for the manager and when Jessica came to the window we told her that we were going to report her and she said "well do what you got to do", again with an attitude.

I've never tried it before, and it's really good! I recommend it!

So come thru the drive thru and there are a million cars in the drive thru. So go inside to pick up my mobile order and you literally have one person just standing in the drive thru watching the other person take orders. You think the jump on the line and start pumping out orders, when I worked fast food we learned everything so we could help do everything. What happened to being fast in fast food, you literally have to set out like 30 minutes to get thru the drive thru.

The food was good not problems with this just what I don’t like is why keep only open one bathroom for both sex we need wipe out the toilet after a guy’s was using the same bathroom.,pee everything 😩 a least for hygiene as a woman’s

RIDICULOUS... I decided to order off of the digital tablet. We couldn't get a printed receipt so we opted not to get one. Supposedly we had different ordered drinks, so we tried to get our drinks fixed. The person, most likely manager, almost instantly had an attitude. She said, "Here, we don't argue." After that mini ordeal, when I started eating, I noticed that the same person kept staring at me. I had ordered something new and had a weird face deciding if I liked it or not. They started talking to a coworker at the next table to us but sometimes I'd glance and notice she would be staring at me. The staff got very loud and began laughing and gossiping. One of them even complained on "how today hasn't been a good day." Out loud for the public to hear. They even commanded coworker(s) to sit else where and together, assumably away from us. We sat and left feeling very uncomfortable, upset, and awkward. If that was the manager, they need a new one. The amount of attitude and blatant disrespect reflects badly on the company. We love taco bell, this was our first time at this location. It's beautiful anterior wise. The people working in there: not so much...

My food order is always wrong. Food taste great but then the area to drive around is a hassle. Not the best location
