Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, made a decent sized order all of the burritos look liked they smeared a small amount on them for flavor and called it good to barely give them flavor and tiny. One of the sodas we ordered food was already flat and the Baja blast was just carbonated water no favor disgusting food and terrible service.

I've never had a single bad experience, other than some of the drinks seeming to be out more often than other fast food chains. The staff is always kind and accommodating when we visit, the food is good, and our order is always correct (this is the only taco bell that I've visited and haven't had order issues). Definitely recommend

It used to be the best Taco Bell around. And now it’s dirty and unprofessional. Employees have underwear hanging out of their pants dirty nails hats backwards. Take forever to come to the window. It’s so poorly ran anymore. Lost my service and from the sounds of it I won’t be the only one.

Normally this location is great. However today, there were no adults present,and the kids decided to do what kids do and screw around. They slapped out tacos together, meat on one side sour on the other, and also messed up the order by not giving us an entire meal. We went back and they fixed it, but with a not so excited attitude. The dinning room was a mess. This place is usually great but maybe the owner needs to have a good talk with his younger workers. Make the food right, we pay good money.

Easily the worst Taco Bell I have been to. An absolute disgrace. Never open, always running out of items, understaffed. Was just told they are at a 4 item limit with nobody else in line because they are "understaffed." This was at 9:35 pm 8/29/2023. At least tell me something that makes sense or make me wait.

Have came here several times at night anywhere from 8:30-10:30. And several times I’ve been given the run around on a refund. Anytime me and my s/o go there, we will customize our items, add-ons and removals. However they are constantly out of everything, beef, chicken, rice, chips and cheese, even the little crunchy things they put in the burrito. Anytime I try to get a refund they refer me to the mobile app since I place mobile orders. However I never receive a refund or even a reply from Taco Bell’s support team. Anytime I ask for a manager higher than the store level they go silent or won’t provide an answer. It’s a bunch of kids with no manager who actually cares enough to run the place in a professional manner. If you want to come eat here and not ruin your day I suggest going right before or after lunch rush. They suck lol

I wasn't going to leave a review because im another one that doesnt do that stuff often, till I saw there were others out there just like me. If your going in when the woman with the glasses is working just turn around and drive next door to subway. She always has an attitude. One time, I waited 10 mins in breakfast drivethru.. no one ever came. I drove up front and doors were locked. I cut through BP. Almost got finished placing my order on kiosk when she came out of the bathroom and told me sorry I'm the only one working, lobby doesn't open till 10am. Go back though the drive-thru. She would not take my order from inside. I felt like I was in the movie dude where's my car (AND THEN) (NO AND THEN) I just drove over to wendys. The staff and food there are always spot on! I decided to give them another chance. And guess what. Another disappointment. The same woman was back there preparing food with gloves on playing on her phone. How sanitary. I ordered a drink with my order at the kiosk. I walked to the front where the guy ignored me 3 times when I asked for my drink cup. So I got it myself. The lady screams from the back "I would've got your drink cup" Okay well I waited 5 mins and tried to call over the guy who looked like a deer in the headlights. So I get my drink and she throws my food onto the counter. And I mean throw, like Mrs.Trunchball, Great customer service. Don't worry I won't be back. Like others, I will drive 20 mins to Amherst for tacobell because the food is fast, fresh, and the employees are nice.

My friends and I all ordered the dragon drink, and when they poured it into the cups, we saw that it was not its usual purple color. We brought that up to the worker and he said “oh the drinks always look like that.” And sure enough, when we got our drinks and left, there was no syrup in the drinks like there’s supposed to be, so it just tasted like carbonated water. The most confident of us went back in to have them changed, but it was just the same and the counter guy refused to say anything other than that’s how they are. Which is weird because sandusky’s Taco Bell’s dragon drink actually has a taste….hmmm… I will never go to this taco bell again, and my friends say the same.
