Service is prioritized to use the kiosks, unfortunately. Was a bit of a wait to get a person to take our order and then there was a communication issue. They owned it and fixed it immediately though. The food was really good. Tasted fresh and was well put together. They were staying on top of the lobby too, making sure to keep it clean and tidy.
I LOVE taco bell. I would drive 2 hours to Manila Philippines just to get it whet we lived there for a few years. Drve 3 hours to get something from a nearby Home Depot and made my husband pass all his favorite restaurants in the area to get taco bell for lunch yesterday. I thought I'd try the rolled chicken tacos and we got back on the rode driving home. The tacos were burnt, dark brown, so chewy i had a hard time eating them. I made my way through 2 of the 4 and the the rest away. Really bummed.
If you go to this restaurant, you can expect mediocre service to go along with food that is neither very tasty nor healthy at all. If I go here, it’s usually just because they are open late, which is a plus, but I’m never clamoring to go to this Taco Bell. Also, they are super annoying for doordashers. They make you go through extra steps that no other restaurant does.
I ordered 2 burritos and 1taco and they had very little meat but they did put a bunch of lettuce and other condiments on both burritos. That was all I could taste wad the lettuce. I guess they are trying to save money on the meat. I usually come here every week but will never come here again and will recommend to all of my friends to avoid this place unless the Luke eating lettuce and tomatoes
No one was filling orders inputted at the front counter. We waited 35 minutes for our taco salad and a burrito, and that was after I asked at the counter the status of our order. I was then told they would prepare it right away. It then took another 10 minutes. Everyone was nice and friendly, but no one knew who was supposed to make the online orders and the in-house orders. Everyone seemed to be fixated on the drive-thru orders. BTW, we were the only people in the restaurant when we ordered. Several people came in shortly after us. Very disappointing.
Employees are usually pretty friendly. We went through the drive through but then parked to eat. Then I went in to pee and the bathrooms, as always from other times, did not smell good and not a comfortable amount of clean. When thinking about people serving your food, you would not want one of those people coming out of this bathroom because of its non clean smell and appeal.
Ordered a slush and a water because it's hot outside, i'm delivering and wanted to hydrate. I got told at the intercom the flavor i wanted was defrosting, so i settled on just the water. When i got up to the window, the flavor i wanted was magically done defrosting, so i said sure, i'll take the slush. The slush i got was half liquid and half slush, so if i had to guess, i would have to say that it was not done defrosting, because that was the biggest dissapointment and waste of $4 in at least a few months
Super clean, the young man at the front was nice and helpful. The kitchen staff was cleaning the kitchen as they went. Food was awesome. Good job to the whole crew working tonight 👏
