They gave my doordash order away to someone else and when I arrived they told me I needed to call doordash to have the order remade. Doordash called the store to confirm, which was not busy at all, I listened to their phone ring and ring while noone picked up. I chose to eat somewhere else and won't be back.
My husband and I visited once before. They made a mistake on our drive-thru order. I went inside and walked to the front counter for help. There is a order kiosk here. The manager YELLED at me twice to order at kiosk. (And pointed for me to leave the counter). She embarrassed me and I left. We thought we'd try it one more time, one more chance. We ordered at the kiosk, when I looked for somewhere to sit. Almost ALL the tables had some debris and napkins on tables and floors. They were having a meeting, (I think) at the booths. I asked at the counter to clean the other booth the only one not taken by employees laughing, being very loud..(long story, bad back, I cannot sit in the little chairs, long day, wanted the privacy.. No one helped. Again, my husband asked if someone can wipe a table.(there was only one other customer in the whole restaurant, the lady in charge said "you can sit anywhere" and waved an arm like "it's empty" I said "I appreciate that, but please wipe that booth, I can't sit in the chairs." I was amazed that she was not even aware almost every table had something, lettuce, sprinkles of cheese, napkins on the floor. The whole time we ordered, ate, no one came out to sweep or clean. So many employees no customer service.(twice)
We had been traveling for awhile and my family was hungry my kids wanted nacho fries and when I got my food they were RAW. My food was cold but who would give a costumer raw food!!!!! I waited in line for a lot time and only to get uncooked food I didn’t notice until I got to my hotel room we were so tired from the trip I couldn’t go back but this is ridiculous!!
Was told that they add sour cream to the guacamole even though the website says it's certified vegan. If so it's disappointing they break company protocol and if this isn't true it's disappointing the staff isn't knowledgeable about their product. I will not be returning to this location.
Got our food really quick. And everything was correct and great quality. And wasnt to far off from the high way so its in a pretty Convenient spot. 10 out of 10 stars. :)
It's not the greatest food, honestly. They were also very cheap and refused to give me more than two hot sauce on $12 order.
They didn’t give us our cheeses potato. I want a damn refund
Ordered a 7 Layer burrito and got a 1 inch sheet metal screw inside. I went back and showed the Manager "Rosie" who said "we heard something fall and looked for it but couldnt find it!" I bit down on it. Almost broke my tooth! I'm glad I didn't swallow it! Paranoid about eating any food from there now.
