I spent 50$ ordering on the app today. I went thru the drive thru and got pulled up. No big deal. Got my food and double checked it was all there because it was a big order. It wasn’t. I went back thru the drive thru to get my missing items to be scolded like a toddler because I didn’t stop at the box first and let her know what I needed. Like how about YOU make sure the order is correct and I won’t have to come back at all. I get home and all the food is fine except the one item that was missing that they obviously intentionally burned. It takes a lot to burn this to a crisp this way. I know because I used to work there. How pathetic, rude, and ridiculous.
THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! Went here tonight to get a meal. Ordered a #6 with sweet tea to drink. That's a $13 combo also a spicy double steak grilled cheese borrito that's a $7.5 so we questioned this total of $26.02, I wish I would've got a picture of the receipt but I didn't the manager argued the large sweet tea that was clearly added other than the combo plus instead of ringing up the burrito spicy she added 75 cents for jalapeños. So we asked why argue with the customer and the manager patty said she wasn't arguing that the sweet tea was discounted with the combo. It's clearly charged $2.89 for the sweet tea... now that made me mad, she said she's not arguing. So we got our money back and ordered the same in Cornelia $18.70 that's a $7.32 difference WOW
It's 11:00 a.m.... They just started serving lunch, and I just broke a tooth because my rolled chicken tacos are as hard as rocks.. I had given up on this place other than breakfast, guess it's back to only breakfast from Taco Bell. By far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, it used to be the best.
Almost every single time we get food at night they forget something or multiple items, they’re so lazy to make anything on the menu so they say ‘I don’t have it’ or ‘we can’t make that right now.’ Why pay for nachos when 90% of the time y’all forget the side of cheese it comes with? And why do you rush to get orders out at night when you aren’t busy enough to be forgetting stuff? Either get new night workers who want to work or train the ones you have not to be lazy.
Haven’t been in a while do to them always getting the order wrong or missing food entirely, we went tonight for supper and figured we would give it another shot. We shouldn’t have, we should have taken our business elsewhere. Got home and we were missing multiple pieces of our meals. We would have checked there but they crammed all the food in one bag even though we ordered the boxes and we were unable to check without food going everywhere. I will no longer be giving Taco Bell anymore money whatsoever!

Simpy for gir with blingin schkleebeneetzes. No respect. Managa tell Hoo Flung to leab! Girs vewy sad. Food not ready. Sayin bwingin out to Hoo Flung make nice and freshies. Ordered on the app still had to wait. First we had to wait forever. Then they forgot part of my order. As I was eating my quesidilla I bit into a sticker in my food. I checked the burrito and both were wrong. The first one was supposed to have chicken cheese lettuce tomatoes nacho strips and sour cream. The second was the new white hot ranch nacho fries burrito. When you call they don't answer. Will not be back bad food rude service.
If i could give negative stars i would. This place is awful. Rude service, they NEVER get your order right. You’re better off trying to survive off the condiments in your fridge, rather than eat here. I called 15 times to get them to correct my order, and all they did was pick up and hang up the phone. Being busy is one thing, but i preordered on the app and still had to wait 15 minutes in the drivethru for all my food to be wrong and to have no labels on it whatsoever.
