We’ve had this issue every time we visit. We order the extra items for our food (onions, extra cheese, etc) and it is NEVER on the food. To be charged all that extra money and never have it on the food is ridiculous. Tried to call the building and we can’t even get a hold of anybody.
We ordered our food. And waited 45 minutes to get it. Plenty of people and cars got their food before us. When we asked to speak to a manager and we could hear them talking about us in the back. No manager ever came out to speak with us. When our food came out the person dropped the food in front of us on the counter and gave us a dirty look. Very not professional and not ok.
I’ve given this location several chances out of necessity, each time I order some other things, and always request that they be grilled and they always forget to do it. Doesn’t matter if it’s at the drive-through we’re going in, I stood inside for almost 30 minutes one day on a to go order I ordered on the app 10 minutes before I even got there. I like Taco Bell but will avoid this location whenever possible.
This Taco Bell is so good and the people are just great I don’t understand why they get any bad reviews. Food is fresh, presentation is good and tacos are never skimpy! My mom and I thank you all and will continue to eat here regularly!
For as long as I've been an adult, Taco Bell has usually provided good food at a good price.. it seems to be consistent. However, for the same period of time their stores have been and still are ridiculously dirty! I've never worked in the industry, but I assume corporate policy is responsible, and store managers work to bare-minimum standards as relates to the condition of the store. Also, they should be more clear about store hours! All of the local stores indicate they are open till 1:00 a.m. on weekends & close slightly earlier on some weekdays, However when placing an order using their app, and inputting the pickup time as 10:30 pm (Sat), the doors are locked and you're required to wait in drive-thru line to get an order placed 95 minutes earlier!! Not Cool
I asked for the box and the guy looked at me like I had a third eye and said I don't know that that is? He couldn't figure out that I was asking for the Craving Box the only box they have on the menu.. He looked to be in his 30 and showed no ambition at all. Other than that the place was fairly clean and food was good. They were out of several kinds of soda and the bathroom was out of soap. Their usually pretty fast with getting their food out but tonight no so much, like I said this guy was so slow and lacked any kind of motivation!
The girl running drive thru at 7:40pm today. Complete idiot. If you don’t know the Taco Bell menu. Please don’t argue it, cause you look dumb. And if you hate your job so much. Go work else where. Plenty of places hiring.
Nastiest Taco Bell we have ever been in. We stopped while traveling. My wife was virtually ignored by two women staff members. Fortunately a male staff member recognized that she was being ignored and eventually took her order (and didn't charge for her drink due to her being ignored). The bathrooms were disgusting.
