Speedy drive-through service. Ordered food for my grandchildren and me. My grandson really enjoyed his three Taco Supremes, my granddaughter enjoyed her Chicken Quesadilla, and I had a Burrito Supreme. All were tasty.
Don't order Xtra sour cream unless you want to be charged a dollar for barely anything! Every upsetting... that's a dollar each btw in my pic. I could've just bought a tub for what you CROOKS charged me!
Very very disappointed as they had 1 guy filling orders for the dine in and 3 on the drive through yet I watched 4 cars come in and get food and left after my order was still waiting. 25 min to get my door is a problem with management and not acceptable!
I travel all of Florida. I stop at Taco Bell often for breakfast. I usually order lunch during breakfast hours with Taco Bell telling me they serve the full menu at all hours. NOT THIS Taco Bell. They refused me bean burrito at 10:15 am. I will not be visiting this location again for lunch or breakfast
The night crew are horrendous people. Just plain ole nasty for no good reason. I've avoided rating for the pure fact people have bad days, but after poor treatment 4 times, I have to write a review. 1. If you door dash, please let them know all orders when coming through the first time even if you didn't receive the added order until almost at the window, because regardless they're going to make you wait in the whole line again. This is especially rude when the first order has things that can melt and the line takes about 15 to 20 min. 2. They made two freezes wrong so we brought them back before giving them to the customer who could have called door dash and received a full refund so we did our job but also helped them save too. Anyhow, we ask what they're going to do with the freezes, and she states throw away, so my husband ask may he have one. A hard NO was received. In both situations we explained our sides and definitely had a debate with the lovely ladies.... These are the two biggest ones, but if you don't like your job, please go work somewhere that's not in customer service. Beyond RUDE and I'll never personally eat here again. ZERO stars if possible....
HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE !!!! I was placing my order in the car when a worker came out to my car and told my i could not "loiter " in their parking lot when i placing my order - cashier couldn't see my order and told me it takes 10 minutes for online orders to show up and that i should leave the business and drive around and come back in 5 minutes - police were also parked near by so i did not feel comfortable driving around for no reason - will never be back. sorry those people have to work such low miserable jobs , america needs to do better .
The manager was very rude. And inconsiderate. Was over charged and when ask to have them fix it. The woman said I refund your little Dollars well that 4.00 is a lot in society today with everything overpriced.
Wife and I decided to get Taco Bell, then park on the river to eat it. We ordered a box of Taco Supremes, two burritos, a small drink, and cinnabon delights, then went across the street to the river. To our dismay, the food was cold - and our plans ruined. The cost was high for fast food - $43. We could have had a sit down dinner for that price. We went home and heated our tacos in the microwave. When we order out, we still expect hot food. Given the minute it took us to get across the street, it's not likely the food was hot when we got it. It seems the fast food joints, especially this one, aren't concerned about the customers getting their food served hot. I can't recommend this Taco Bell location to others, unless they don't mind cold food.
