Lunch service always seems slow, but today I decided to walk in to get food as the drive-thru line was awkwardly long. I understand that it may be busy, but the fact that no employee even came close to the register I was standing in front of for 5 minutes amazed and confused me. It was even apparent that employees in the back were avoiding eye contact with anyone near the counter. I walked out, and will be avoiding this taco bell for the foreseeable future.
Don't bother unless you don't mind waiting half an hour at the window. Food is usually good but takes them forever. Also, they do not honor their posted hours. If you drive up within an hour of closing you are more likely to get ignored than not. A year ago this was the best/fastest taco bell in a 20 mile radius, now it's pretty rubbish.
waited 40 minutes for an online order that I already paid for, and had submitted as an "immediate pick up". my daughter never got to eat her lunch, and my son had to eat his in class. I called customer service, and they said I'd be getting a call from the store. never heard back.
Do not stop here! I stopped on a rest break to grab a bite and regretted it immensely. The staff are cranky and not accommodating, and the location hasn't been updated since the 90s by the look of it. When I was there they ran out of beans, so they sent someone to a Costco to buy more. In the meantime, I saw the staff cut orders, mess up orders and completely ignore customers. When I finally got my order with beans it wasn't what I had asked for (the cheesy Gordita) instead it was a basic taco with just beans, lettuce and a few pieces of cheese. You know it's bad when you don't even feel like pointing out the mistake and instead accept what you get.
Two days in a row I stopped at the new Tipp City location, both days I ordered two Steak Quesadillas no hot sauce. Day one took way to long to get the food, it was hot and fresh. Day two one again way to long to get the food and completely wrong order, when they did bring it ther window opened the food was shoved out and the window closed no thank you, no apology nothing.
This Taco Bell is always great, service is fast food is hot, never a long wait to get your order. I don’t know why others have rated this Taco Bell low but this is probably the best one you’ll ever go to. I drive out of my way past another Taco Bell to come to this one.
Do you like to gamble? If you answered yes, then this Taco Bell is for you! There’s a 50/50 chance your order will be completely wrong. That’s better than the odds at any casino! Only 1 other car in the drive-thru? Could be a 5 minute wait or a 20 minute wait!
Food is good, but service is garbage. Most the time they do not give you all the items you pay for. DOUBLE CHECK before you pull off. I was the only customer, and they still screwed up my order.This happens 1 out of 3 visits. Also good luck getting sauce packets. 4 items, they will give you 4 or less.
