Two stars because the place was clean. Service was prompt. Food, my husband and I got the new dipping taco. Flavor wise good, got 2 cups of sauce. But....the amount of meat was miniscule. Picture is of my husband's taco. Unacceptable amount of meat. Mine was more but still nothing close to how it's advertised. Never is though. On top of that the tacos had to have been premade as the bottom of our shells were soggy.
I came through about 1240, was greeted with kindness at the speaker and told they were out of many key components of their menu. The lady helped me as I figured out what I could order and was so nice. I got to the window where a male manager greeted me and reluctantly told me they unfortunately couldn’t fulfill part of my order after all and was very apologetic. As a fellow restaurant worker we shortly talked about the chaos of a busy weekend in the town brings. The food I got was hot , fresh and super good. I know they were probably burnt out and faced many unkind people given the situation, yet their kindness and professionalism shined through. Thank you guys for hanging in there !
I'm rating this place 5 stars, for a Taco Bell. Compared to the TB in Troy and the others I have been to in the last year, this one exceeds expectations. The only two negatives to mention were that the nacho cheese cup was not even half full, a surprise on something so simple, and the drive thru was rather slow, taking 3 - 5 minutes per vehicle to get each their orders. Way too slow when there are ample employees in the restaurant. But, that is where the negative ends and the positive begins. This is the first time I've felt full after eating at a Taco Bell in quite some time. If that nacho cheese cup was light, nothing else was. All other items were a bit more full than the ones I've gotten at any other location in a long time. Even the cinnamon twists were loaded down with sugar and cinnamon so that you could actually taste it, and were easily the best ones I've had in many years. The lady in the drive-thru was polite, smiled constantly, and was quite charming! For once, I left a Taco Bell not feeling like I had been totally ripped off! Thank you, Tipp City, Ohio!
Stop through Taco Bell for dinner tonight. Highly dissatisfied. I split my Taco open because I couldn't see any meat in my taco. There's hardly any meat in this taco. It is a salad and a taco shell. Smh surely they can't be charging that much for salad lettuce and a couple tomatoes
This people don’t even know what they doing! Manager were so rude when they mess up my order! Every time I spend over 40$ and get items for 20$ and always have to go back to get missing items or the one they didn’t even put meat! While reman needs to be replaced otherwise people will be very unhappy especially those who

My friend and I we're not sure of the time that this location closed. We went to the drive-thru ordered our food and ask them when they closed and they said in like 10 minutes when we were there. We told him we wouldn't order anything we didn't want to inconvenience them and they said no go right ahead. Food was great service was great. I would highly recommend this restaurant
The Game Day box was very tasty, but a little under achieving in my opinion. It was really good, but it didn't do anything to fill my crew up. We ended up ordering more food from somewhere else to go along with it. For the price I wasn't impressed. But it was really good, so maybe if I we're on a diet it would have been perfect, but me and my crew were trying to eat, only suggestion would be to add more. That's all, peace and love y'all 🤟
