It's the staff, more interested in having a crew conversation rather assisting the customer was my experience at this location. Mexican Pizza and Freshly cooked Fiesta Potatoes seems to be a problem for the drive Thru guy. Not a napkin in sight just rushy rushy.....

Went through the drive through and got a soft taco and a chicken chalupa. I was starving and eating a very late lunch at 3pm-ish so on my way home (15-20 min drive) I took a bite of the chicken chalupa only to find that the CHICKEN WAS ALMOST FROZEN 😩🤢!!! Got to a stoplight and called them using the phone number on the receipt and a young man hung up on me after I told him!! When I got home I called and the so called manager who sounded 12 did not once say she was sorry but offered for me to come back and they’ll make me a new one. She acted like it was of the norm and no biggie! I told her I was about 20 mins away and I didn’t want to drive all the way back and that I wanted her to know what happened. I’m assuming it wasn’t a manager at all I spoke to.

I went through the drive-through and ordered the Mexican pizza meal. It was not busy at all. I did not get what I ordered. I got 3 tacos and some potatoes. It was. Long day, so I didn't notice. I just wanted to go home. I called several times to let them know the order was wrong. No one answered. I called enough that there was no reason to "miss" a call. I won't come back. Horrible service, too.

I just had the free breakfast crunch for the first time and it was delicious 😋 I love taco bell and have been going to TB since 1979! Since I was a teen... and I will continue to go until I die! Thank you taco bell for the freebie!!

Ordered the new nacho loaded tacos. Got soft tacos instead. Called to have the situation fixed and was told that they are the loaded nacho tacos. The nacho loaded tacos have red chips on them, these did not. The night manager argued with me for five minutes about whether or not I had the right tacos. And then told me it wasn't her problem that she couldn't do anything for me. She would not give me her name and hung up on me. This was at 8:50 on Saturday 1/16/21. This place is horrible. They didnt even give me a receipt! I work in the food industry. If your customer has a problem, you fix it. You don't argue with them about whether or not they're right especially when they're not asking for much. I could see if I was asking them to replace my whole meal but I wasn't. $3 worth of tacos. Will never go there again

My husband drove from Shenandoah ( Tamina Rd@ I45, to your location@ 3103 College Park Drive in the Woodlands, to pick up food for take out, as I'm a Cancer patient, and am pretty much homebound. He ordered 4 bean burritos, and a box of 12 tacos. ($30!) First of all, he got all the way back home, only to find we had been given ZERO Taco Sauce. (after he had specifically asked) What good is $30 worth of tacos. And burritos without taco sauce? During his absence, being hungry, I ate a DRY burrito...and I mean dry...no cheese/no sauce, just a plain tortilla with beans. When he got back home, I could tell he was frustrated. When I asked him why, he said when he returned to the store, informed them that he had just purchased $30 on tacos and burritos, asked for sauce, and ended up with no sauce....had to return, burned gas to get there, and now our food was going to be cold and soggy, WITHOUT a beat, a bag , or anything, was told to go get it himself, from the self serve bar. So he went to the self serve bar, grabbed some up, without as much as an apology, or bag to put them in, (not to mention there were exactly "2" hot packets.....my favorite), He returned home....our $30 worth of food is now cold, and soggy. Im not sure who will get this message, but if its not cooperate headquarters, it will be next!! AVOID THIS LOCATION, if you appreciate good service, and temperature appropriate food!

Most of the staff here was pleasant. The food was made correctly and tasted fine. The Nacho Fries we're piping hot which made them that much better. No complaints here.

Manager told me they couldn’t do something that they have done and every other location does because he didn’t want to expend a little bit of extra effort. Also, have had multiple meals made wrong here and had to get them fixed.
