I had a really nice and positive experience at this Taco Bell location today. A few days before I had stopped in for some Volcano tacos here and after ordering were told they were unfortunately out. No problem. I had some other regular tacos and was on my way. For lunch today I was again hungry for some Volcano tacos and stopped back by. Before ordering I asked the manager if they were in stock and he confirmed they were. He recognized me from earlier in the week and then said he would comp my meal today! To be acknowledged and have a restaurant offer to make right on something unprompted in a true rarity in these times. It really made my day and is not something I will soon forget. Sometimes a free taco is worth infinitely more than the few bucks it sales for. Thanks again please keep up the great work!

Waited over 1 hour for my order. Orders did not get provided in the order they came in. The apparently “bumped” my order at random and had to redo my order twice. Staff were disorganized, stumbling over one another, and what little communication they had with each other was nothing but yelling at each other. Only the manager operated with any sense of urgency whilst the staff hardly performed any tasks. Even the manager had to cook, prepare, and take orders around them whilst the staff stood around. Taco Bell needs to furlough this restaurants hours if not staffed properly, as far as customers are concerned, no business is better than bad business. The store is fairly new and clean and Taco Bell would do well to put resources into this store to ensure service isn’t just good, but present at all.

Only way to order is drive through. Waited 15 minutes while 10 cars went through so I left. 2 people working. Next they will want us to make our own food. Go to Chick fil a next door to get real service. Never again.

Sat in the drive through for 37 min total, 16 of them was next to the window. Shouldn't take that long to make a few tacos and a Quesadilla. Never again.

Waited 40 minutes for my food. Not one thing was correctly done in my order. Not to mention their newest box items were not available. Ordered in store at kiosk (only option for dine in) . I didnt have time for refund or time for them to make it right. Manager seemed to be the one cooking all the food, and all he was doing for everyones order that was messed up (90% of people in there) was keep blaming his employees. So I wouldn't have expected them to be as helpful as they were trying. Awful Awful. No one was rude, however, no effort in care for correct orders or done in correct order. 3 other orders after mine came up first and all had to be told they were out of something. Behind the counter and the food line were littered with trash the tables looked like not one had been wiped down in days. The picture also shows a haze, that was not my camera that actual haze/smoke from burnt food.

Food is good and pretty consistent between visits. The dining room has been closed since the pandemic, so you can only order to go. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because they have been watering down the strawberry lemonade for some time now. I asked the employee, and he got mad at me! I visited another location, and the lemonade was sweet and tasty, so Im pretty sure it is the restaurant's call to water it down. Just don't ask for lemonade unless you want water!

Good food ! So convenient to order! We’ll be back !

I thought this was a Prestige location. I walked in for lunch and l heard yelling one of the employees was verbally abusing the other employees . I thought l was downtown Atlanta somewhere the way this lady was carrying on. No regards that l was watching and listening . Talk About Toxic Work Environment . l walked OUT!!!! l pray those workers find another job.
