I placed a doordash order at 7:50pm. I have the receipt. I waited for it for over an hour while doordash app updated my dasher 3 times. I called the store 8:40pm. The lady working told me that it was ready and I could come myself to pick it up. I said fine and drove to get my order, just to be told that Dasher was in drive thru. So I picked my own order up in the parking lot at 9:10pm an hour and half after I ordered it. And lady I talked to in the store was rude to me, and told me that it was busy and they couldn't control what doordash does. I'm not an idiot and dont appreciate being treated as one. My food was cold. And you could see the grease through the paper cause it had sat so long. When I asked about refund she was rude again and hung up. I tried to resolve through doordash as well but no help there either. Iv never experienced this before from here and it's a shame I had to tonight. I'd be happy to update this review if someone at this taco bell would make this issue right.
There was only one other couple dining inside. After waiting over 10 minutes for 3 taco Supremes I went up to the counter to ask where our order was only to be told they were out of soft tortillas. So I said, you couldn't tell us? So I said give us the crispy shells then. I waited another 5 minutes and walked back up to the counter again. A different employee then apologized and got our order. The place was filthy. All tables were sticky and had not been wiped off. Someone needs to manage this place. It was atrocious.
I went here about two weeks ago and I would give the food a 5, but I was choosing food that was out of my comfort zone and it didn’t turn out too great so I just threw it out, but other than that, it was great as usual. Taco Bell is normally busy any time I go there, but I was waiting with a dog in the car in the middle of a Sunday and it was done pretty fast. And of course my regular chalupa with chipotle sauce, nacho cheese and no beans was a hit 👍
I’m a DoorDash driver, I went there twice to pick up orders to deliver and both times I had to wait over 20 minutes past when it was due. The employees took other people’s orders, filled them and got them out the door after I was already there waiting for an extended period of time. I don’t get paid by the hour and they need to make it so that DoorDash drivers don’t have to wait so long.
DO NOT TRUST STORE HOURS. I ordered a 15$ order today, got there to find out the place doesn't open until 12. The tacobell app said it opened at 9. So I wasted 15$ and my time. There's a beautiful thing called Google. Update your hours. This place is not open until midnight or 1 am. I've driven past and went to order multiple times around 1030 or 11 just to have the drive through blocked off and doors locked. The hours of this place depends on if yhe manager wants to do their job or not it seems. It explains the what seems like a revolving door of employees.
Brand new Taco Bell location. Very clean and new. Service was friendly and efficient. We ordered with five people. Our order was basically right - we had a few modifications. Chips were a little stale, which is a common Taco Bell problem. Maybe one order wasn't 100% right, but close enough. Pretty much what you would expect from any TB at any time, maybe a little better. A welcome choice to the area.
I ordered the chicken burrito special that comes with a taco Supreme snd a drink. The burrito had 1 and 1/2 strip of chicken in it. The beans taste like it was heavily cooked in peanut oil. And I said little ice. The cup was half way full of ice. I also ordered a chicken taco pizza. When I got home and opened the box, it looked like someone took a piece from the whole small pizza. I rate this Taco bell: unsatisfactory.
Food was ok as expected but service was bad they just threw everything in the bag and I order some tacos and most of the lettuce and cheese was in the bag
