Literally nobody’s here and these people took 3 minutes to take my order while I’m standing here waiting.. they are more focused on just drive thru. This is so rachet

My order was missing an item. The girls were very busy, so I do understand and live with a missing sandwich. The service was good. I was given somebody else's order at first. The error was corrected quickly. This is the first time I've had a mistake with my order. Taco Bell has great food and is clean, and the pickup window employees are pretty nice.....not all of them, but most of them.

Taco Bell took my money for food I couldn’t eat because they weren’t able to provide simple tableware. They took my money knowing I couldn’t eat it. My Steak Power Bowl came fast enough. The clerk apologized for no tray. How could they be out of trays? Don’t they just wash them and put them back on the line? A quick trip to the condiments table found lots of hot sauce but no forks. I had to ask to get an answer. Could I have a fork? I asked the clerk. No forks. Really? Then I ask, how about a spoon? No spoons? Plastic knives won’t even serve as chopsticks. Am I down to my fingers? How can I eat? Did the franchise holder not answer the phone when the crew called? Couldn’t the shift manager have had the foresight to run to a grocery store to get replacement plastic forks and spoons? Do you mean nobody could figure this out? So, it cost me nine dollars to go hungry.

Stopped in at about 11:30am for lunch and when I walked in the lobby, there was no associate at the register or the kitchen area. The manager was in the lobby on his laptop and didn't even acknowledge me or tell me someone will be with me shortly. I waited about 5 minutes and I asked the manager is someone going to help me, he yelled to one of his associates to help me out. I ordered my food and left. I got served a hard Chalupa and didn't get any meat on my cheesy gordita crunch! Terrible service and food. Such a waste of my money.

I recently came to this location on Feb 2. I had made my order on the online app. I made my order no cheese on any items. I opened my bag to the horrendous smell of cheese on my crunch wrap. As I called the store they did not answer. I been waiting a week on the taco bell app to get back to me on there help page to yet no avail. I just hope your food is right or your stuck paying for food that you can't get ahold of any persons to help you refund or replace the order. If I could I would give 0 stars as that's the service I'm given for using there app.

By far one of the worst Taco Bell locations to go to, They’re always rude in the drive through mess up our orders, and half the time they take 10mins to take your order after you’re at the menu board. Corporate needs to look into this location

If we're now paying $10 a person to eat at Taco Bell, you should be able to afford to pay employees enough to keep the lobby open. Wrong orders, skimpy portions, long waits, not even giving napkins in the drive through... Just go out of business so people stop giving you more chances. I know I'm done. Gave them another shot. They messed up worse than the last time. Couldn't even eat 50%+ of the order. Go. Out. Of. Business.

On July 17 2023 I Tried ordering at the window nobody answered and we pulled up to the window and told them we tried ordering a burrito but no one is answering us and the guy told us to go around with an attitude mind you we were the only car and told him it’s just one burrito and he said I still need you to go around and order. I told him if I can speak to a manager and he said no I can’t . Never coming here again when they give you attitude.
