The food is good but after going twice in 2 days I can tell it hasn't been cleaned. The floors are a mess and both of my trips were in the early morning. The counter people were fine and so was the food. So management get on it!

Nice place. Loved the pictures on the wall. New note: Was in here on September 13, 2023, all new workers, the food maker had scrapes of food all over the place from all the previous made food and kept making the new food on top of it. The bathrooms were filthy. Dirty uncleaned toilets with black mold in them and stinky smelling garbage in them. The health department needs to check it out. Going down to one star, would give them none of I could. Also the tables you eat at need a good washing down, YUCK 🤮🤢. Waited a long time for service and to get our order. May never eat here again unless they clean up the joint. My five stars are taken away from you right now. Sorry. Also didn't like the change of menu.

Ordered the #5 asked for 2 beef chulupas instead of chicken but still need up getting chicken with hardly any chicken in them. We also ordered a #4 the crunch wrap supreme meal with no tomatoes. Well no tomatoes and no meat in it

Convenient location. The food was hot and fresh and perfectly wrapped. The self-service kiosks are very useful.

Ordered $10 worth of food and they charged me another $25 of someone else’s order. I thought it was strange they didn’t give me my debit card back right away but when they did they didn’t give me a receipt. I wouldn’t have noticed how much they took out of the card if it weren’t for my purchase notifications I receive on my phone. I went back within 3 minutes and they told me to dispute it with the credit card company, I insisted they reverse the amount of $25 which they ended up doing but were refusing at first. Makes me think how many times this has happened before.

Every time I come to this Taco Bell, my order has been wrong and they do not put the right sauces on or any for that matter. We have to pay extra for sauces and they can’t even get that right it’s like they don’t care.

Alittle disappointed, ordered food online and went to pick up through drive thru and my order was wrong and I told the cashier. He looked at us and told us he couldn't remake our food that we ordered or that we have to go back around the drive thru? Like what customer service is that? Normally I don't get upset but I'm paying for what I bought so you couldn't have the decency to give me my correct order?

The food here has always been sub par, it is Taco Bell after all, but it is getting worse. The steak quesadilla was overdone with hardly any steak in it at all & the cinnamon crisps had zero flavor and have an off putting crunch that seems really wrong. I don't expect a lot from Taco Bell, but come on this is really awful!
