Spent 30 minutes here trying to get our order correct. There is no order online option, which is ridiculous because even Taco Bell’s in tiny towns have them. They couldn’t edit my order to have black beans instead of pinto and served us beef when all our orders were vegan. Charged us .30 cents for lettuce.

I came through the drive thru, i got my order taken by someone who couldn’t speak english and i asked for someone who speaked english and nobody knew how to talk english. What type of restaurant doesnt have anyone to talk english? Thats honestly so stupid I tried to go inside there lobby was closed, this isn’t a good restaurant and it was broad daylight, very much lack of employees and all the employees only know spanish. I hear my friends complain about how there lobby is closed before 930pm, and this isn’t just a one time thing its like almost every day of the week.

One time I dropped food on the kitchen floor… that food was still better than the garbage this place serves. I have an ex wife who I despise… she’s an angel compared to the customer service these felons offer!

I went through the drive through because i was trying to save time and they forgot to give me some of my food. I had to go in to get it and there was nobody in line in front of me and it took 10 minutes for them to come to the front and even acknowledge that I was there.

Disgusting and extremely dirty. Health inspectors need to inspect this place. Grease build up on tables, walls and floors in dining area. Also trash area looks like it has NEVER been cleaned. If I could give no stars I would.

We drove up just at closing but the attend was friendly and sweet. The food tasted good.

Literally the worst taco bell that I have ever visited. Obviously taco bells food isn't exactly know for high quality, but this store throws any hint of quality out the window. Seems to be a real lack of training front both the front and back at this store. Mainly ran by teenagers, rarely do you see someone over the age of 20 behind the counter making management basically non existent.

My brother doesn’t write reviews, but he shared his experience with me, the staff was extremely rude to him, and they put beef on his veggie fiesta burrito; He’s vegan. He didn’t bother going back to get it fixed because of how rude the staff was in the first place. The front counter service staff that worked around 4:30 pm on 8/22/22 need to learn how to be polite and welcoming. My brother is in steamboat for the next 2 months for work, and Taco Bell is usually his go to “quick bite” now he’s said specifically he doesn’t plan on going back bc of this experience.
