Absolute garbage, got home most items were wrong and everything was crushed. It was like they were playing basketball with my food to get it in the bag.

Tried to mobile order and when we go to pick it up they are out of coffee, Cinnabon delights, and nacho cheese so they cannot make half of the order. Offered to substitute items of a lower cost but had them refund it instead after them at first saying they couldn’t. Update: tried to eat there again today and they were out of beef… once again tried to claim they could not refund the order. Avoid this location.

I don't understand what the point is anymore of the registers at the counter, I was standing there yesterday while two people who I guess are confused by touchscreens were still tapping away, a man and his daughter had been waiting the whole time I stood there for food, and then I heard the drive thru person say something about the system needing to reboot for ten minutes to someone in drive thru? I just walked out.

If it was possible to leave a negative star, I would! Four on a Sunday, with two other vehicles at the building. They had us line up in front of the building, instead of handing the food out the drive thru window. Two other people came in after us, and the third in line got their food before we did. Plus, they completely messed up the order, and ours was simple.

was told to pull forward for my mobile order, didn’t greet me or anything, waited for 10 min and handed me my food. i asked for extra sauce and was given 2 packs. soda was flat and my meet was cold. tried in the past and my order was missing several items. decided to give it another try. will not be ordering here again.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. And that’s saying a lot. Recently moved to the area so I’ve been here quite a few times. The meat is always Luke warm and doesn’t even taste the same . Taco shells are stale. Tacos are barely half full. They are always out of something. Lobby is usually closed. My guess is bad management this store needs new leadership immediately

The food and service were both acceptable, but neither were exceptional. I would visit again based on this experience. While I did not have an overtly negative experience this time, I just prefer homemade or a more locally owned style of Mexican food versus the fastfood "Mexican" style food.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line! And then had poor service, should’ve turned around when we had the chance but the last 20 minutes of our wait was after we were already trapped in the line with the barrier. Ridiculous! Tried to charge me twice for my meal, didn’t have what I was asking for. The only Taco Bell in the nation that doesn’t have normal cheese sauce (only had jalapeño sauce apparently….but then somehow had cheese sauce that they put on another meal, so basically they are just dumb!) When we finally got our food, there was cheese and sauce all over the bag and the cheesy roll-ups weren’t cooked throughly, see the photo. Also, got the wrong meal, ordered a 5 layer burrito and ended up with a plain beef and bean burrito. Was also spilling out, huge mess. What did I pay for?? Worst Taco Bell experience ever!
