I tried to go through the drive through but the guy was getting irritated while we got our order together. It was about 10:35 PM on August 7, 2023. We decided to go inside to make it easier. When we went inside they told us they could not take our order. We had to use the digital screen to place an order. There were several people working. I’m confused about why they couldn’t take our order. We tried the digital order and it kept crashing. I’m sick of the lack of customer service at Taco Bell. How about having humans take care of humans. I’m enjoying a competitor down the street now. I had a polite person take my order and provide food in exchange for currency. What a concept.

Good food and good staff. Typical taco bell. Nice modern look. The lady taking our order was fantastic.

I've been to Taco Bell many times in my life - and this one I've been going to maybe once a month for the past 6-7 years. We always get great service from the employees here. The food is made fresh and is always tasty. This Taco Bell is also cleaner than most fast food restaurants in the area. I don't fully understand the company's position on breakfast, but I'm not going to pitch a fit about it. Like I said, the employees and food at this location are excellent!

I highly recommend this place! Just went to tacobell at 12:35am and it has been the best food we've got from taco bell in a very long time!! Food was fresh, the service was great, and I'm just so pleased. Whoever worked tonight's shift deserve a raise! Honestly very impressed and thank you for the great food ^.^ you guys rock!

Without a doubt, the worst Taco bell I've ever eaten. I know, it's taco bell not a five star restaurant but.... I ordered 3 hardshell tacos, 1 nachos bell grande, I burrito supreme and a bean burrito to go. Upon getting home a. S opening the bag, the tacos were on the bottom of the bag (crushed) because the burritos were on top of them followed by the nachos. Piss poor as far as I'm concerned

. Don't go off my rating. I don't eat fast food and am not fond of it. I was just so hungry I thought I could eat it. I was wrong. Also, I went through the drive thru. The girl at the drive-thru was pleasant. So, if you like fast food, go for it. You'll probably like it.

Super nice staff. It's Taco Bell so you know you're not getting gourmet food but it's good and the staff being nice goes a long way.

We were Told Only orders thru the Kiosk were available. Most Customers I saw were Very distressed by this, I actually helped 2 and I'm 64.. The drink machine Only had 2 selections working, My part of order was Wrong and with all the upset ppl I Didn't look at it while inside.. So, so disappointing, Service has gotten So much worse at Several Taco Bells in Florida....
