Tried to tell me I didn't ask for cheese. You don't question the customer that's number 1 rule. Not only did they question me once they did twice. Also I had a question if something was gluten free if they could look at the nutrition facts and they didn't seem like they wanted to even if they could. I was a taco bell manager before. This is not how they are supposed to operate.

Website says they're open at 7am. Door sign says they're open at 7am. Doors are still locked at 7:30 am. Employee saw me waiting at the door and did not come to open it. I was there just to get coffee and meet a friend, but only the drivethru is open that early, apparently.

Weird experience and bad food. Bad everything. They seemed busy but one of their employees was super rude so I have to be honest here. It's taco bell and those people aren't paid enough, but this was especially bad. They had us pull forward and while we were waiting we discovered that both our sprites were just soda water. When their employee brought out our food, we let him know and he literally just said "I don't know" and walked away. It was really bizarre and off-putting. To top it all off, they also forgot the guac I paid extra for and there was barely any black bean. When you remove sour cream and cheese, you would hope they would give a normal portion of black bean. Also they put cheese in my potatoes which meant I couldn't eat them at all. I know special orders are hit or miss. This isn't the first time I've gotten a messed up order from taco bell and it won't be the last. It's what you expect from tb. It happens so often that we usually order extra to cover the expectation of mistakes. It happens and I typically don't say anything because I know what it's like to work in food. I'll keep going to other taco Bell's, but I had to leave a review based on how tremendously they messed up and the way their employee reacted.

Always clean and tidy inside. Great customer service, because I always have questions on ingredients in certain items, they inform me and I take off/add what I want. It's always correct. Been swinging through since 2013. Love my Taco Bell!

I gave 5 stars because I cannot fathom giving a negative review to one of the greatest american franchises... but fellas... charge a man extra for volcano sauce, then forget to put it in the bag.. just devastating.

I just waited in the drive-through line for 20 minutes and you didn’t even get my order right and didn’t even give me sauce or any napkins or anything. Such a joke, learn how to run an establishment.

Great food as always!! Sometimes forgetting some items out of the order, but overall service is quick, and prompt.

Usually they are really good I stopped going g to the other location b.c they kept messing up, but tonite they messed up the whole order looks like another one bites the dust and to top it all off we got the nacho bell grande and there was no meat on it and my 8 tacos all had lettuce on it when we just wanted meat and cheese
