I tried three of their signature dishes: the Volcano Taco, Steak Quesadilla, and Beef Nachos. The star of the show - the Volcano Taco. This fiery creation boasted a crunchy red shell, which immediately piqued my interest. The filling was a delightful combo of seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, zesty cheese, and a spicy lava sauce that promised a flavor explosion. The Steak Quesadilla was grilled to the perfect and I was met with the mouthwatering aroma of seasoned steak. The Beef Nachos were a delightful treat as well. I must say about the service was great and very prompt.

A successful business not only just needs good food, it also needs good customer care. The lady that took my order was not friendly and not making the customers feel comfortable while ordering the food. Remember, good customer care goes beyond just making food and making money. It involves building strong relationships, actively listening to the customers, being empathetic, anticipating their needs and consistently providing exceptional service.

Veg Crunchwrap Supreme was really bad.... it was almost half empty.

Took them 20 minutes to get tacos ready. Ever since this place got a Indian store manager, all he cares about is servicing his family food in the store faster than the people in the drivethrough. Also they need to learn how to speak English. I said beef, not beans!! Every since visit is something wrong with this taco bell.

Plenty of space to eat and relax. Staff is super busy all time but works very hard to keep the place clean. Thanks for all the hard work..

I've been to this Taco Bell many times and usually it's an average experience. Three straight down the line, but my experience last night was the worst experience I think I ever had at a fast food restaurant. I pulled up to the drive-thru because I ordered through the app and selected drive-thru. Weirdly enough my order was on the menu board outside. But the gentleman asked me for my order and I told him I was picking up and he said since they're open I have to come inside there's no drive-thru option which I know for a fact is lie because I've done this plenty of times. So I came in and I waited by the register where nobody was just standing there. An employee walked up and asked what I was there for and I said I had a pickup order and he pointed at the pickup order station where there was one order and it definitely was not mine. So he walked away and brought over some older Indian gentleman which is definitely the man who was speaking to me on the drive-thru speaker. He said I didn't know what I was talking back so I had to pull up my order which I've never had to do that before so I pulled it up in the app but it didn't have an order number on it so then I clicked it and eventually and order number showed up. Then he said one second and walked away. A few minutes later a nice Hispanic woman brought out my order but she brought me a incorrect drink I said that's not my drink I did order a drink but that's not it and then that same older Indian man said I didn't get a drink. I got a combo bix which comes with a drink which I even paid for the upsize. He turned around and walked away before I can show it to him. Somebody had left a large drink container on the counter so I just took it and got my own drink and then I stood back there when I opened it to see that they didn't put my sauce in the bag like it said on the order, which unfortunately happens a lot. The same Hispanic woman that brought up my order I got her attention and asked her for mild sauce was she gladly got for me. I don't know if that older Indian man is a manager or what but he sucks at his job and I could tell that the people around him were tired of his bull as well. Do yourself a favor and fire him. Promote that little Hispanic woman if you need to because she was a complete sweetheart.

Just to make things easy for them. They just put all orders in one box. What is Chicken, what is beef, which taco has extra cheese .. you just cannot make out, beasue everything looks the same and they are all in one box. I ordered online and was a mess when we went to pick it up. Long lines, and some weird rules. We ordered some. Veg and some non veg as two separate orders. From past experiences, this place puts veg and non veg i the same boxes to reduce what I don't know. So this time we placed two separate orders.and when we went to pick up, they have a weird rule. One pass through via the window, they will only hand over one order. So you have to drive through twice or, for one order, have to go inside .

Change the employees they don’t know how make tacos! They barely stuff the tacos! It mostly plain bread! This happen to my family multiple times when we order online. They are cheating and taking our money for just some some flat, unstuffed, thin tacos.
